What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact impact driver for its exceptional lightweight design paired with surprising power and strong torque. Most note it outperforms heavier 18V or 20V tools for everyday tasks like deck screws, drywall anchors, and panel removal without causing fatigue. Reviewers consistently commend the ergonomic feel, comfortable grip, and well-balanced design. The kit's inclusion of two batteries, charger, LED lighting, and multiple torque settings is frequently cited as excellent value. A small number report a wobbly chuck affecting screw-driving accuracy, though this remains a minor concern. Overall, customers express strong loyalty and satisfaction.

Would RecommendFunctions great and does exactly what it should. Battery’s have good life and the screwdriver function is nice to keep panels from stripping out. Great addition to my Hvac service bag.

Terrible customer service
Would Not RecommendPlaced an order for pick up at ridge hill Lowe’s just for manager Gloria to tell me an hour later that someone already picked up my package when that was my first attempt of picking up my order. She gave no resolution and left empty handed.
