What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact impact driver for its exceptional lightweight design paired with surprising power and strong torque. Most note it outperforms heavier 18V or 20V tools for everyday tasks like deck screws, drywall anchors, and panel removal without causing fatigue. Reviewers consistently commend the ergonomic feel, comfortable grip, and well-balanced design. The kit's inclusion of two batteries, charger, LED lighting, and multiple torque settings is frequently cited as excellent value. A small number report a wobbly chuck affecting screw-driving accuracy, though this remains a minor concern. Overall, customers express strong loyalty and satisfaction.

We Did Not Pick This Up!!!
Would RecommendI don't understand how I can order something and someone else picked it up and I didn't plan on picking it up until this morning! I am Outraged on how it could have been 'picked up' by someone other than my husband or me. His card has been charged for the transaction. I gave it a one star due to the circumstances.

I placed an order, and the store sent me a message to come pick it up. But while I was on my way there, you guys sent me a message saying the item had already been picked up—by someone other than me—and then returned just a minute later. I simply don't understand why you would do that.

Great compact tool for homeowners and DIYers
Would RecommendCouldnt ask for a much better tool to have around the home for any typical home repair or diy project. Light weight, compact, and enough power for most tasks. Good customer service in store and an unbeatable price during the Lowe's memorial day sale.
