Orders Do Not Include All Colors Like advertised
Would Not RecommendWe were disappointed when we opened our special order of this tile. Not all colors of advertised picture are in the box of tiles. We specifically ordered this box of tiles because of the picture of cool colors advertised. Too bad we couldn't get what we ordered. Each box of these tiles are $100 pretty much. So it is too expensive to buy multiple boxes just to get all the colors advertised in this photo.

Poor packaging
Would Not RecommendThis flooring was ordered from lowes.com. ship direct from manufacturer with very poor packaging corners were all broken. Can't ship return, have to take back to store. Manufacturer included a nice letter to contact them before any returns are made but they do not respond. It should be mandatory that every shipping manufacturer visit a UPS sorting facility before they are allowed to ship anything and it would probably save the world billions in returns from poor packaging.
