Everything from ordering to installing went very well. I ordered the flooring online. The order arrived a few days earlier than expected. This was my first dealing with Lowe's for pickup order. I went to the wrong area, the employees was very helpful and directed me where I needed to go. I went to the online pickup order area. There were two guys there. very nice pattern

flooring has nice pattern and colors I ordered 4 boxes of this only needing 3 just in case and im glad i did after opening all boxes i found 6 pieces chipped or broken (10 pieces come in a box) so I can use broken pieces for short pieces but really not what I paid for, not sure if it was from factory fed x or who

I was very impressed with the flooring I received.

they only issue I have was one of the boxes. did not have one of the colors which was the turquoise blue looking one, one box had two pieces. the other box had none. that was disappointing. it had more of the black then any of the colors.

GREAT PRODUCT other than availability for accessor

The product was awesome, but it takes awhile to get it, and the correct transition strips/endcaps did not show when they were supposed to. When the flooring finally did come, there were 2 damaged boxes. We took them and had to sort them out so we could finally get the project completed.

Quality Product

I love this flooring installed in a cottage bathroom. Cottage is old so matches weathered look of rest of cottage. Everyone who has seen it loves it also. Contractor said was easy to install. There were some broken corners as stated in previous reviews but contractor was able to work around them and also did not have hard time making a nice color pattern with the pieces.

Do not buy

I have had this on my screen porch for one and half years very disappointed in the quality of this product. It keeps separating at the end joints constantly trying to keep it from separating again. I could not recommend this product as I am a contractor who has installed several different types of this flooring.

Deeply Disappointed

I purchased this for my kitchen floor in early 2022. It arrived on a pallet and the packaging was decent. Pieces of dense foam surrounded the planks. There were some chipped corners and pieces broken out of the tongues and grooves but I was able to arrange the boards in such a way to compensate. It looked nice... Then in late 2023 I decided to order a couple more cartons to replace a section that got scratched up by the mobile dishwasher. I was disappointed when I saw that they had changed their...
