Neither of the 2 I ordered fit a 6x6. I had to tear them apart and replace the trim portion of the cap with different available trim. I Should have just built them from the beginning. Faster than scheduled delivery.

Would RecommendI recently purchased these for a newly built fence and I am pleased. They fit the 4"x4" posts perfectly. I applied wood glue inside the cap, rather than rely on the adhesive strip. They're great.

Would RecommendLook great and fit the posts perfectly. My only complaint is that one of the questions was "are they one piece?" and the manufacturer answered that they were and this was one reason that I purchased this particular item. However they are not one piece, they are a top and four bottom pieces that are stapled and glued. Although I must say they are still much better constructed than the ones I replaced.

Would RecommendBought four Cedar 6"×6" post caps. Easy to put on with adhesive caulk glue. Small piece of two sided tape was not enough to hold cap in place. I used landscape caulk. Works well!!! Not an exact match to original caps but close enough (top has a slightly raised top). Bought two originally and they are holding up. Color is a perfect match.
