I ordered these lights, I got them quickly as promised and they all are working great.

Mailbox 5x5 light

Attractive design. Fit perfectly on 5x5 post. Purchased one to evaluate light. Will be adding several to my corral fence. Would like it to be a little brighter.

Good product - bad packaging and placement

Product was not labeled on shelf as it was the first time I purchased this light. Found it on the floor, no bin label/price and the products were covered in store filth. Good thing I had brought the information with me. Asked a clerk and he didn't know if this item was on the floor because it was being discontinued.

Decorative, not effective!

I recently purchased 30 and installed on 5x5 fence post caps. They look absolutely stunning by day. However, the lighting at night is barely noticeable, even on a cloudy night with low moonlight in a wooded area the lights can barely been seen. What little light reflects from it only lasts a few hours. Essentially, if you’re looking for a beautiful fence cap, this is better than pictured once installed. If you’re wanting security perimeter lighting, you will be diapointed.

Pretty at night

I have these lights on the posts (every other post) around my pool. They are very pretty at night. I probably bought my first set in 2013. Most of them stopped working about a year ago so they lasted about 3 years. I replaced the rechargeable batteries and tried cleaning off the top where the sun is supposed to charge the batteries but that didn't work. It's expensive but I liked the look so I just replaced them. I said I would recommend them but only if you knew you'd have to replace them...

GOOD PRODUCT

Good solar light for on top of fence post. Thought they would be a little brighter? But work great. Would highly recommend

Look good. Work as advertised. Fit as described. Can fit three different size posts.

Disappointed

Purchased 3 of these and 3 of the smaller style. The smaller style still charge after several years. These larger versions only worked one year and then the batteries that came with them all 3 corroded. I tried new batteries and they whole unit stopped working. My advice, just stick with the smaller cheaper ones:)

JUNK,JUNK,JUNK, SAVE YOUR MONEY...IF THERE WERE A 0 RATING, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 0 INSTEAD OF 1...I BOUGHT 24 FOR MY LARGE DECK AND STAIRS, AND IF HALF OF THEM WORKED 6 MONTHS, IT WAS A LOT....THE OTHERS WORKED FOR LESS TIME. OF COURSE LOWES DID NOTHING FOR ME BECAUSE BY THEM I DID NOT HAVE THE PKG OR REFEIPT. AGAIN, SAVE YOUR $$$$

Save your money

Lasted about one year, 4 of them !...look at all the high reviews with no comment to boost the rating.

Not very bright

Nice design and it looks better than the standard top, but not very bright

Easy to order and is exactly like the description. Do wish it was screw mountable but easy to drill a hole for a screw.

Replace The Batteries Immediately After Purchase!

If you so decide to purchase this item, take out the batteries that are included with it and replace them immediately with a rechargeable Ray-O-Vac, Duracell, etc.The "rechargeable" battery's included with the item are junk and last for a very limited time, and when I say limited time, I'm not talking weeks, especially if the item has set on the shelf for an extended period of time.
