What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the color match and clean, flush finish on composite decking, but many report significant installation problems. Reviewers frequently experience head stripping, with 10-30% of screws failing to engage properly even when predrilled. Heads strip before halfway insertion or break entirely when backing out. Several users abandoned these screws for other brands after multiple failed attempts with different drivers and techniques. Those who succeeded appreciate the seamless appearance and low-profile design. However, the T20 bit requirement differs from industry standard, and aggressive threading can cause over-driving. Despite aesthetic appeal, installation reliability remains a major concern for many.

Would Not Recommendthese screws are by far the worst screws i have ever used . the head strips out so easy. only reason I got these is due to the fact the ones I normally buy were sold out

Would RecommendThese screws seem to hold the decking boards very well. I was also planning to use them for the railing - BIG MISTAKE! I put a few screws (temporarily) in one railing set I was building, planning to make adjustments. The screws do not come out! Because the top portion of the screws have reverse threads, they will try to go deeper, or break off. Also the "V" cut point drills a hole as it is screwed in, and jams the shavings between the pickets and mounting rail - creating a gap.
