Would RecommendThis stack-less waste sewer vent works perfectly on demand without letting the obnoxious sewer gasses into your home. (Be sure to check your local building codes to see if this is legal in your area). Also, be sure to install them where future accessibility might be necessary, as with anything mechanical, it does have to potential to wear out. I just replaced one in my home that was part of the original construction. It lasted 12 years. These newer ones are of much better design and construction...
