CRAFTSMAN WEEDWHACKER

I love this weedwhacker. It's light weight and very easy to use.

It's great if you don't have a big yard

I switched from electric to try a battery type instead since I bought a battery powered lawnmower

Battery charger is included

Easy to use

Great value

Not a high-end item, but quite good. Love the automatic line feed - no need to let off power and start again to advance line like on my previous Ryobi (lasted 8 years). Only a 2AH battery, but it was strong enough and lasted for my entire 300' edging. Good weight. With sale and military discount, great deal at $106 after tax.

Good product

Good price and light weight. That's what I wanted and this product met my criteria.

Don't buy the weed wacker that I bought

It takes hours to charge the battery even after using it for 10 minutes.

Craftsman v20 cordless weed eater is AWESOME!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my boyfriend recently got this "CRAFTSMAN V20 CORDLESS WEED EATER" AND BATTERY to use around our yard. It works so good! I love using it because it's lightweight, it works well around stumps and mailboxes, and it charges super quickly and easily!!! This is the best weed eater I think! It's also easy to change the string!!!!

Poorly designed

I used the weed eater for the first time this morning. The design is awful. I could not keep it running. I could not keep the button pushed in while holding it. The lock in area for the stem did not stay in place. Lock does not stay locked and stem kept slipping. It cuts fine but I didn't get far fighting to keep it running. Battery gave out before I got a good area cut. This item gets a "D"!

Adjustable for tall or short people

Nice size to handle. Take 4-5 hours to charge battery. The run button is hard to keep pushed to run

Craftsman Weed Eater has great features

I like the Craftsman Weed Eater because it has a quick and easy height adjustment and converts to an edger quickly with the guide it makes weed eating and edging a snap. The bonus is that there is no chord to fight or mess with. It received 4 stars because the line does not always feed out enough string. It may be just me because I only used this once. (I have many batteries and chargers: New batteries generally take a longer time to charge up the first time.)
