What Customers Are Saying
The product received mixed reviews. Many found it effective for cutting small to medium-sized branches, praising its lightweight design and extended reach. However, a significant number reported issues with the blade's quality and durability, including it becoming dull, bending, or breaking easily, even with light use. Some also noted concerns about the overall construction, such as loose screws and weak components. The consensus suggests this is a suitable, affordable option for occasional, light-duty use, but may not be durable enough for more demanding tasks.

Would Not RecommendI really wanted this to be usable, but no way. The blade is as flimsy as 2 ply aluminium foil. Shame
Worth the money for occasional use
Would RecommendThis saw gets the job done. I use it for trail clearing and the light weight makes it easy to carry into the woods. The blade has small teeth and its hard to keep pressure on it with the pole, so it cuts slowly. Sometimes its possible to wedge the pole between 2 opposing limbs to keep pressure on the blade and allowing it to cut more quickly. I would suggest thread locking all the bolts and finding a lock washer for that wing nut before it falls off. Loosening fasteners have been a problem on ev...
Pathetic
Would Not RecommendJust bought this saw, could not even cut through 3" pecan limb. Absolutely pathetic. Good workout, terrible saw.
Nice Pole
Would Not RecommendThe pole part is just fine but, unfortunately, the blade is worthless. The company has cleverly covered the blade with cardboard so you might not notice the problem until you get home and uncover the blade. I think I have some aluminum foil in my pantry that is more stout than the blade on this puppy. So, unless you are cutting hot butter, you might want to pass on this item.

Pole saw modification
Would RecommendFound this pole saw out by my neighbors garbage with the blade snapped off. I saw from reading reviews that the blade is crap. Not only that but Lowe’s has the nerve to charge $19 bucks for replacement blade. I noticed however that Fiskars (a well known name in cutting tools) makes a 15” blade which Is very similar and is thicker than the Corona and sells for less than $11 bucks at HD. All it needed was a slight modification to ream out one hole and drill another so it would accept the screws. P...
Tree saw
Would RecommendOverall pleased. Worked well and sharp. Not the easiest to use fully extended as it's to long to apply enough pressure on branch to saw.

Corona Extendable 12-in Extendable 12-ft Pole
Would Not RecommendDon't buy it. Blade is not made for cutting it basically rubs its way through the limbs. Brand new the teeth are sharp on the sides but not where it contacts the limb. I will be returning promptly.
Light duty trimmer.
Would RecommendThis tool works fine for what it's intended. It's light and easy to handle. I pushed it's limit and was able to trim a large tree which over hung my roof. I was working on the roof 40ft. up. The largest limb that I cut was 4in.. Took a lot of patience. I agree that the blade is too thin and the tooth pattern is more like a finishing saw than a pruner. Screws are too short and were soon lost but easily replaced with standard bolt and lock nuts. With a proper blade this saw would be 5 stars.
Works well. Seems durable
Would RecommendIt worked great to cut branches with the pole fully extended. I did not find it awkward to use. For the price, it is a great tool.
Terrible
Would Not RecommendI purchased this pole saw because the replacement blade for my old saw did not did not fit the new replacement I unpacked the news saw started to use it this thing is terrible my old blade that was very dull cut better than this one. I called Corona they said they don't have any complaints on this saw. I am not new to pole saws this thing is going back.
Pruner saw
Would RecommendThis product cuts a branch up to 1"-just like it tells you on the packaging. Great job for small cuts!

Just shy of great.
Would RecommendExcellent product EXCEPT the blade needs just a bit more steel to stiffen it some more. Service and shipping by Lowe's was superior!!

Just what I needed!
Would RecommendRead a bunch of low rating reviews. Went to the store to see, hold, and play with. Purchased extra blade because of reviews. Got it home and tightened all screws; which were not loose. Used it for about an hour and not one single problem. Works wonderfully and it's just what I needed. At full extension I thought I might have a problem but other than being a little wobbly because it was so long I haven't had a single problem. Good construction, lite, and cuts great. Keeping it and looking forward...
Waste of money
Would Not RecommendWouldn't hold it's length adjustment. Fasteners fell out on the first use. Left it at the dump after I got the limbs cut with a different tool.

Could have been a five star
Would RecommendIf you buy this, get the replacement blade, install and save blade that came with it for back up. The stock blade does not cut well at all. In the process of putting on the new blade you can make sure the screws are tight, mine fell out within ten minutes of first use.

Safety Issue
Would Not RecommendSaw blade could be more stable- Screws holding the blade "nuts" both fell out and the blade came flying off while cutting a branch with pole fully extended. Took saw same day back to Lowes with complaint/safety concern.

The blade is so thin and flimsy, just makes using this tool a chore to use..
