What Customers Are Saying
The product is a high-quality, heavy-duty tool for cutting thick branches up to 2 inches in diameter. The compound mechanism provides additional leverage, allowing users to tackle larger limbs than regular loppers. Customers report the sharp blade cuts through branches with ease and appreciate the sturdy, durable construction and long handles that provide good reach. However, some users noted the blades can become misaligned or dull over time, requiring occasional sharpening or adjustment.

Cuts through thick branches
Would RecommendThese are great for pruning larger branches. They are heavy duty and very sharp.

Good cut, awkward to open handles all the way.
Would Not RecommendCuts well but you have to spread the handles very wide, not easy when reaching into a tree to cut off a tree limb.

Get the job done
Would RecommendHeavy duty and sharp enough for thick branches. My only complaint is that it’s a serious workout using them because they are so heavy to hold out in front of me.

2" as measured by the guy that measures lumber
Would Not Recommendevery pair at my local Lowe's was rusty. I picked the best of the bunch, tried to clean it with Scotch Brite and WD-40. cleaned up but still pitted. Jaws open about 1.75" not 2. cut a couple 1.5" plumeria branches (flower not a hard wood by any means) because I needed something that would cut in a single pass not like a recip saw. after about 3 cuts the blade has flexed enough it wouldn't even close anymore. the blade wouldn't bypass the anvil it crashed into it. took them back.
These are awesome!
Would RecommendI like how easy these are to use, makes yard work easier! I’m glad I went with the bigger cut

Awesome
Would RecommendThese things are awesome. A litter pricey but really strong. I’m try to get up some Magnolia tree stumps and I’m having to cut some roots. If you can get the blade around a limb or root, you can cut it with these things are strong. Yes I recommend them if you’re having to cut some roots and limbs where you don’t want to cut with your chainsaw.
