Would RecommendUsed this item extensively over the past month and have been very impressed with the build quality and the effectiveness of the leverage multiplying gear system. Cutting through 1” limbs was near effortless. Cutting through 1.5” limbs was only fractionally more difficult. All indications are that this item will last for many years with only minimal upkeep and maintenance.

Won’t cut clean for long
Would Not RecommendCan cut upwards of 2” limbs but quickly starts to misalign and the cutting blade won’t cut clean. It starts to cut into the face of the other side of the cutting mechanism. Have tried 2 different sets hoping the first failure was a fluke but it’s obviously a design flaw now that the 2nd is doing the same thing. Will return.

Would Not RecommendCame with a large sticker on one handle that neither isopropyl alcohol nor hydrogen peroxide removed. If you buy, plan to spend a few hours cleaning and scraping residue off of it.
