Would Not RecommendThe blade bent within 15 minutes of use on nothing larger than 1". They will no longer close completely. Should have gone with my gut and not the advice of the associate in the store. Too bad I didn't keep the receipt. Complete garbage!

Blade broke during first use
Would Not RecommendThe first time using this lopper on a palm frond the blade twisted over on it’s self and the top blade cut down into the bottom blade creating a gouge in the bottom blade not allowing the two blades to slice by each other rendering the tool useless. Total junk.

A Formidable Tool
Would RecommendIt is too heavy for me to wield. All the weight is in the business end and I can barely lift it, That coupled with the expanse of the handles makes it hard to handle. I'm Sure anyone stronger than me, would be able to use this successfully.
