Brilliant! Yes, brilliant.
Would RecommendWhat do you say about a product that you purchase that greatly reduces the time it takes you to do a job and does it superbly? That's right, Brilliant! Now if you add to that a most important aspect to those already positive comments you might well end up changing brilliant to perfect. That added positive is you also get the benefit of no longer suffering cuts and scrapes to your hands and arms. I'm sure that led most of you to correctly guess I use it the remove the dead fronds from my palm...

Cornona Compound Bypass Lopper
Would RecommendI used the lopper to cut stray tree branches in my front yard. Blades are sharp and grip well. None of the branches I cut were more that 3" thick. The handles gave me about 3ft more vertical reach. (I have very long arms & good balance so that worked out.) It also works good on shrubs that need trimming too. The grips on the handle are effective too.

Great Lopers!
Would RecommendHeavy duty, cut great. The weight of the loper is a bit heavy for some to use. Consider that before buying.

The Lopper Lops and the Limb, it Flops
Would RecommendI have been remiss in writing a review for this limb lopper as I have been handicapped for several months weathering the effects of chemo therapy, but I recently had the last round of chemo and am on the mend so I'm getting out a little to do some long overdue yard maintenance. We have a few paths winding through our woods that the grandchildren love to pile into our lawn trailer and get towed by our lawn tractor through the woods. Over the months these paths have become choked with new growth a...
27-in Carbon Steel Compound Bypass Lopper
Would RecommendThese are a great pair of loppers. I almost need to fight my wife to use them. Great product and easy to use. Product is durable and strong.
GOOD TOOL THAT IS EASY ON THE HANDS
Would RecommendWe used this tool to cut some fair sized limbs from our trees and Lilac bushes. It is a tad heavy for an older person, but it does the job quite easily. The soft grips make it easier on the hands. They do a fantastic job and do not require a lot of pressure to sever a limb.
Well done
Would RecommendWow, this is one heavy-duty bypass lopper and jaws will cut up to 1 3/4” according to the tag on the lopper. This is no lightweight unit like my old wooden-handled lopper. It is solid metal with red rubber handle grips. Had a wood project to handle and had we used the wooden-handled lopper on this, I think the pressure needed to be applied to take this bush down would have broken the handles, and also the jaws on it would not have opened wide enough. This lopper handled it with ease. Good thing ...
Just what I needed.
Would RecommendFirst time homeowner and have few tools. I needed to trim back a large oleander in my front yard. These were perfect for what I needed. They worked well. Not to heavy. I bought these on sale for a great price too.

Perfect for the job
Would RecommendI picked up these loping shears because I used them in the past clearing small trees and bushes on the Famly's farm land. They have the ergonomic juice to deal with diameters up to two inches or better and allow me to get to root level so no problems when mowing recently cleared areas. These were on sale so the benefits were even greater. Highly recommend them when a chain saw just seems a little excessive.

Great lopper
Would RecommendMy sister in law is a keen gardener and keeps her yard neat and tidy. One thing she does not have is something to remove low hanging branches from her fruit trees - no it's not and orchard, just a few trees. My wife and I got this lopper for her ( after all she does give us fruit). She is not very tall and is also slight. None-the-less she managed to use them even though she thought they were a little heavy for her. When we bought them we didn't consider the weight. I guess she really is smaller...
Great lopping tool!
Would RecommendVery sharp and effortless. Was unsure if the length was adequate for larger limbs. However, it proved to be plenty of leverage for the tool. Great design!
sturdy but heavy
Would Recommendgood set of lops. they are heavy and my wife couldn't easily use them. plenty of cutting power an the blade seems to be thick enough to not bend out of shape when cutting hard branches.
Heavy
Would Not RecommendThe loppers are very sharp and work very well. However, they are somewhat heavy and therefore tire me out quicker than my old loppers. I think I’ll probably keep using the older ones and let my son use these (although he wasn’t happy with the weight of them either). I don’t think they warrant the price.
Nice!
Would RecommendI had purchased Corona brand loppers before and really liked them. Needed something that would cut slightly larger diameter branches and these do it with ease. Cuts up to 1-3/4" branches with no problem. The new comfort gel handle grips are the best of any I've used. They are soft and your hands grip them even when wet. Well made and so far have held up well after cutting about 20+- thick spruce tree branches. No complaints about these loppers!
