misleading

I've been trying to hang wrapped canvas with these as well as the hangers for sawtooth hooks. The pictures are far below the weight capacity but will not stay on the wall even though I followed instructions to the letter. Very frustrating. I finally called Command and was told even though they are far under the weight shown, the canvases are too large and the hooks will not work. This should be made much more clear on the packaging. I wonder how many people have wasted money the same way I did.

Watch out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch out as this hanger's adhesive only holds for about 1.5 years. I had a 1 lb picture hanging from this hook that I placed in early 2019. I was sitting at my computer desk and this picture frame crashed to the floor, breaking the frame's glass. perfect for picture hanging

Love this for my collage frame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a new collage frame for my new apartment. The way it's designed it was impossible to use the velcro picture hangers, and I didn't want to put nails in my walls. I was really nervous since it was my first time using this product, but it was so much easier to use than I expected! I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to hang something with nails, but doesn't want to put holes in walls!

Fantastic and Versatile!

We have used this product to hang out whiteboard calendar and had it on the wall for over a year with no issues! We just purchased more to hang a bulletin board and another whiteboard as the frame is a bit slippery and narrow and regular command strips weren't sticking well. These are by far my favorite innovation from command brand so far!

Deplorable. Horribly disappointing.

I have used 3M Command strips for well over 10 years. I have sworn by them, and recommend them to everyone I know. We sold our house and moved to a rental 2 years ago. I used them for nearly EVERYTHING. Must have had 5 dozen various items hung, from calendars to shadowboxes to souvenirs. Out of all that, maybe put 6 actual holes in the wall. Product Failure Causes Expensive Fix

We used two Wire Back Picture Hangars to hold a picture. After repainting room, reused the plastic hangars with new Refill Strips. Held for 2 days, then the plastic broke (bottom notched part) and picture crashed with major damage. Maybe shouldn't reuse the plastic piece? If that's the case, then why offer Refills? See photos. Wife still crying.

picture fell off wall last nite

Works Perfect

Hanger for fine art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 5 lb. universal picture hanger for an art print that I have wanted to hang up. The command hanger is good because it replaces the use of a nail which will damage the wall. I am not allowed to put nails in the wall in my apt. So, this was a good option. It's a good product.

Useful for only a limited time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hung a picture with this and after a few months the picture and actual metal hanger fell off the plaster wall. The adhesive strip did remain on the wall.

Great for brick wall

Holding up over 4 years now!

Great for Apartment living - no holes to cover up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just moved into a new place and was really concerned about all the nail holes. Also, these walls are impossible to put a nail through! These Worked, no really they worked. Nothing, slamming doors, my high heel thunking around the house, the pictures will not fall of the wall. Also, so easy to remove! On my list to buy more this weekend, everything is going to be hung up with COMMAND! living made easy, for reals :)

Peels off after a month

I've used these (and the floating command hook shelves) to try and decorate. Both peeled off within a month.

broke my picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a couple of months ago I got one of these to hang up my picture on the wall and did everything they said to do even went out to buy alcohol to wipe wall first let dry then put it up and by the next morning my picture and glass to it shattered on my floor sorry dont have a picture of it which I should of took. I was sad I really love the picture but other ones I used works and pictures are still hanging up.

Do not use these!!!

I just took down some pictures to repaint one of my rooms. These destroyed my wall! Damage free my behind!!!
