Easier to hang things straight

Hang a picture without tools and damage

This picture hanger is as easy as can be to hang pictures (up to five pounds!). You don't need any tools to install and it works with just about any hanger that might be on a frame. And when you decide you need to move the frame or want to remove it completely, the hanger removes easily and cleanly without damaging the wall/surface. It's as simple as that...

Easy way to hang a picture without damaging walls

I used one to put up a key holder and then went and bought a couple more to hang a few pictures. One hanger can hold 5 lbs, so for larger frames, you can easily space out multiple hangers to hold more weight. Sturdy Hang All!!

You can hang pictures with wire, sawtooth middle mount or the lip of the frame itself- Lightweight but rugged construction, you can even mount with hook & loop for even more positioning- Very simple but very clever- Right on 3M!!

Easy to use

They sit on tables, etc and while they are pretty, they really need to be hung. These hooks hold my 20x30 pictures without a problem. I’ve never had a 3M failure. It Works Very Well

So, I took down an existing picture and used the Pitcher Hanger on it and tried it out on the wall. And, it worked very well.

I found it easy to use for a sawtooth style frame. The metal hangar is heavy duty - my frame was not 5 lbs but I don't doubt this hangar could handle up to 5 lbs. Hubby gets mad at me when I put holes in the wall ,so these 3M picture hangers are a blessing. This damage-free hanging picture hanger is very easy to use, It holds up to 5 lb. Just make sure to follow directions on the back of the product so you don't damage your walls.

Good for small frames

The product includes a hanger and the strips needed to adhere it, so you do have to get your own hardware for the picture itself and then you can attach it to this and when you follow the directions on the back of the box, it can hold a lighter weight frame . The hanger itself is reusable which is a huge plus for saving money. It’s good quality and not that hard to use.

HANDY

Great at first but not after a year.

I have been using Command strips for the last 10 years in my art studio/gallery. Much to my disappointment when I moved in December, every strip took the paint right of the wall despite taking them off correctly. Also, the command strips for my twinkle lights have been letting loose after one year of hanging. I recently had brand new command strips which I was trying to use to hand 16x20 canvas paintings, they will not hold. I think these are quite expensive and too have them not work after havi...

Use to be good

I have had great luck with these in the past. As of lately… the adhesive strip quality is god awful. I have 2 posters and each require 2 of these hangers, so weight is not an issue. Currently I have had the one poster fall off for 3rd time after only staying for about three days each time and now damaging my night stand. Great for 2 Years

We used these strips to have a certificate frame (A4) and a small frame (A5) in 2019 when we moved into our new home. They were fine until a couple of weeks ago when one fell off the wall and then a week later the other one fell as well, both times unfortunately smashing the glass in the frames. Our house is not particularly humid but it seems that with the hot weather lately something has changed and the adhesion on the strips can no longer be guaranteed to hold frame on painted surfaces. Works great

I had used these on seven different pictures (relatively light... probably 2 lbs a piece) for over three years in my apartment before I moved. None ever fell off. I can only assume the bad reviews are from people who didn't apply them properly. Or, in the case of mlg85's review, he clearly did not use the proper procedure for removing them (which is to pull directly down on the adhesive strip).
