Would Not RecommendI've been building homes for 30 plus years. I bought 10 sheets to try out. When doing cut and snap it leaves jagged edges with very large tears in the paper. And I do have a very sharp blades. There is something strange about the paper on these boards. When trimming the edges will Crumble sometimes due to voids in the board or they just crumble from lack of material. I ran into the same problems on all 10 boards. This is the worst drywall fire-rock I ever used. I do not recommend buying this...
