What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly report severe dissatisfaction, citing persistent Wi-Fi connectivity failures, blurry or faded print output, and frustrating setup experiences as primary complaints. Many describe spending hours troubleshooting without success, with some abandoning the device entirely. Print quality degrades quickly, and replacement ink costs approach the original purchase price, leading reviewers to call it a waste of money. A small group acknowledges basic functionality for light home use and mobile printing, but these positive experiences are consistently overshadowed by widespread technical failures. Most customers express strong regret and state they will not repurchase.

Would Not RecommendIt's the worst printer in the history of mankind. Connection to anything is impossible to setup and keep connected. It also can't print legal size paper, absolute piece of junk

Awful Printer!!! Avoid!!!
Would Not RecommendI bought this to replace an old printer and it’s absolute garbage! Honestly, dont waste your money. Every time I want to print everything I have to troubleshoot it to even connect to wifi, or I can only print from the app, or always a different reason. There hasn’t been a single time I hit

TRASH
Would Not RecommendWould give zero if I could. Has never worked right and I should have returned it, but at there time everything else was out of stock. It is constantly jamming and never takes just one paper to print on. It wont hook up to wifi. At one point was able to but we switched the internet and I can not get it to reconnect. Brand new ink too that I cant return.

Very handy and inexpensive printer.
Purchased this printer when it first came out. A little slow at start up but what do want for the price. As with all home printers I have spent o lot more on Ink Cartridges.

Would Not Recommendi bought this printer which worked for a few months. now this thing is a pile of garbage and best used as a peper weight or door stopper. i rather take this out to a gun range and let them use it for target practice.

Just Awful
Would Not RecommendI bought this Printer about a year ago. Printer worked great for few days then quit. Would get all kinds of error messages that made no sense. Couldn't get ink cartridges out to replace. I thought it was me al this time, then I read the reviews. I wanted an inexpensive printer. I think buying from a "discount store" was part of the problem. I'm convinced that the Products are not the same as they sell in large retail stores. Lower prices equals lower quality products...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.....

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Would Not RecommendAbsolutely the worst printer I've ever owned. Was a serious pain to install (Wireless is crap and had to buy a cord to plug it in directly) and after about 3 weeks it just disappeared on my computer. Now my PC will not recognize it at all and am unable to even hard line an install. This printer is garbage, I paid too much for it and now I'm broke with no printer.

Would Not RecommendUseless. Out of the box useless. Doesn't run on Mac, the directions don't work. This should be plug and play.

PIXMA MG3620 Black Wireless
I've had this about 5 months. Several people have attempted to get it to work with NO good results. It will NOT connect to the wifi. I've taken it to my daughters house, still NO luck connecting to the wifi. NO NOT buy this as all it's worth is to be used as a book end. I wish Cannon would contact me.

Do not buy.
Would Not RecommendWill not connect. I’ve tried everything. A message even popped up saying the printer is from a different country and I have to choose which country I’m in to set up printer. When I try and choose USA it says it’s the wrong country! And since I s had it for a few weeks trying to trouble shoot it I already recycled the box it came in which means I can’t return it!!! I’m so frustrated!

Nothing good about it. DO NOT BUY
Would Not RecommendBought six weeks ago. It worked fine until I had to change the ink. CL code appears, "clear line". I did that several times, deep clean as well. Still no fix. Now I can't connect to the printer even though the wi-fi says it's connected. I regret buying this expensive, ugly, paperweight.

Dreadful
Dreadful printer. EATS ink and is problematic in other areas...ALWAYS get a "low on ink" message; ignore it and keep printing. I really just DO NOT LIIKE it at all. Replacing.

Awful printer
Would Not RecommendTerrible at connecting and when it did actually work it refused to print half our papers. Do not buy this.

Loves to lose connection and say "Offline" even though it's on
Would Not RecommendOnly some of the computers of our household can stay connected to this printer. Since there is no physical wire, it makes it very challenging to use.

Canon Has Hidden or Removed Drivers for Linux.
Would Not RecommendThe printer worked fine with Ubuntu Linux and after I recojnfigured my nbetwork I cannot find drivers. It worked before, so where did the drivers go?

Great Little Printer
Would RecommendIt is a simple, straightforward printer. Exactly what we need. This one is identical to the one we replaced. The first one served it's time and expired.

Stops working after 8 -10 months, Waste of Money
Stops working after 8 months. Obviously the ink cartridgne run out very quickly. The offer an XL cartridge that has more ink, and of course cost more money. Canon- Why not offer all of your ink cartridges with the "XL" amount? Do you think customers want to buy ink every 3 months? My Canon Pixma has stopped working today. I have several items to be shipped out. This is not an ink error. It's an equipment error. I've followed all of the online Canon instructions for the model I own. None of th...

PIXMA MG3620 Printer - wonderful with software
Would RecommendThe combination of this printer together with the easy print software is an unbeatable combination. I've tried other products, although also good, did not meet my expectations.
