Nice features

Love the ease of switching from water to crushed ice or to ice cubes. Our model has a Keurig so we enjoy not having to add water to our coffee maker a few times a day. However, this is one of the noisiest refrigerators we’ve ever had. Scheduled an appointment for GE serviceman to check it through the SmartHQ app and he never showed up.

Good Looks

I bought this a couple of months ago and it was delivered about 3 weeks ago. Very attractive looking. When first plugged in it was very noisy for about 36 hours and I was concerned about the noise. After that I guess it reached its preferred temperature and since then it has operated quietly.

Love the look and features

Great looking fridge with awesome features. Only negative is the noises of the ice maker.

I LOVE the hot water/Keurig feature :)

I have all of the Cafe appliances and they look so nice all together. My favorite features of the refrigerator are the hot water/Keurig feature. I use it everyday. When I get up in the morning I use the app on my phone to start the hot water brewing, so by the time I get downstairs it is all ready for me :) I use it for tea, my hubby uses it for coffee, and my kids love to make hot chocolate with it. Also, the filtered water and 2 kinds of ice are wonderful to have on the front :)

Wow....Amazing Frig

Love our new frig. The design is so thoughtful. Lots of compartments for tons of items, and a super large freezer space. We are loving the in-door Keurig maker...the coffee tastes better than what my Keurig maker brews! So happy with our purchase.

Very Pleased!

Refrigerator does an excellent job and we were pleasantly surprised at how much product it holds compared to our old GE Profile that was full depth. Keurig feature does a great job.

Lower end model

I was disappointed that this model is a low end more basic Cafe refrigerator. It does’t have many features I want. It could use a redesign from a user point of view. Not terrible, but not great. Disappointing.

Terrible quality! Super Disappointing

Purchased this in Dec 2016 and it worked OK, but have since had 4 repairs on it and currently have a 5th one scheduled- all for the Keurig! It constantly leaks through the door and under the fridge and is ruining our new floor, despite the repairs. For the fridge, you can't put fruit on the top shelf or it will freeze- the temp is not consistent from the bottom shelf to the top. The silver edging on all the shelving is also just a plastic sticker- which has peeled off in various places. I...

The best features

I’ve had this fridge for about a month now and love the features. We can get our k cups, water ( hot or cold) and ice all from one area. It has plenty of room for whatever you store.

It’s ok... underwhelming

Bought this GE Cafe counter depth refrigerator with the purchase of a new home. The Keurig feature is a novelty. I would not forgo use of a stand alone keurig machine just based on heating time and volumes limits. The Smart WiFi feature is practical with its notifications and ease of use. The doors do not close on their own weight or with a nudge. You must be deliberate and full close each door after use or the doors will not close fully. For GEs premium Cafe series this is truly underwhelming a...

We love this refrigerator. It looks great and the Keurig and precise fill features are 2 things we can no longer live without.

Very cool fridge. Check dimensions though

I bought this in Nov and finally got in April. While it fit in the current cabinet dimensions, I had to cut back part of the overhead cabinets to match the door dimensions since there is a plastic covering thing that extends into the middle part of the fridge by 9". Wasn't expecting it but I also dont do this often. Hot water only dispenses in 10oz increments and takes 3mins to heat up the next batch. Kind of a pain but a cool feature.

Worst appliance I have ever bought

Granted the fridge is now 5 years old, however we had it serviced 3 times within the first 2 years due to it making a ridiculously loud noise. Now it is only cooling to 60 degrees and getting ready to call repairman tomorrow. Only plus is we love the kuerig feature and use it daily. I've had refrigerators for 20 years that were never serviced. Maybe we got a lemon, but for the price extremely disappointed!

Fridge Has a Hamming Noise

Just installed. Looks beautiful but was not aware that this fridge has a non-stop hamming and buzzing noise. Spoke to GE technical team and they confirmed that the noise happened on all GE fridge. Wished the salesman at the showroom had warned me when recommending the unit.

Replacement unit is working fine.

Bought this refrigerator as part of a new kitchen remodel. The original unit delivered had an issue with the immediately after being plugged in with one of the electronic boards in the door. We had to have GE service come out and work to correct the issue and order parts. Ultimately, the unit was replaced with a new unit and to date we have not had any problems with the replacement unit. Electronics break from time to time, but we were disappointed it was the first day...

Great Refrigerator

Ordered this and very happy with it. Like the interior space design of the refrigerator and double drawers in freezer. Nice water filter. Keurig and hot water is convenient. Highly recommend.

Great features

I waited almost a year to get this and it was worth the wait. Just wish the ice maker made less noise
