Very Nice Drawer Microwave

Love the drawer microwave. First time with one that's not over the oven. Quiet, sleak design. My one complaint is that it is not eqipped with the wi-fi capability like the other 5 Cafe devices I bought.

Faulty unit

We ordered our appliances over a year ago but because of a bad contractor, our project was stalled. When it was completed in April every appliance worked except the microwave. Something about a faulty display or processor? We asked for a new one but were denied. It’s been a month and still no working microwave

Packing Material Help Up to Rough Handling!

I haven't taken it out of the box yet. We are remodeling our kitchen and they aren't ready for it yet. However, the box it came in looked pretty torn up and was very dirty. They took it out of the box and the packing material appeared intact and it looked okay. Hoping for the best but disappointed that it appeared to have received such rough handling.

Love this microwave not the control panel

I love the sleek look of the drawer microwave. It works great. The only disappointing thing is the control panel does not light up just the clock

Nicely designed

Love the microwave ! But aesthetically to go with the rest of the café appliance handles, the built-in drawer microwave should also have a handle just for looks. It looks very plain with the rest of my café appliances!

Be warned. sparking / arc Issue just after 1 year

Unfortunately, soon after the 1 year mark, I have the same sparking / arc issue that is coming from the microwave corner. This is definitely a frustrating fault that seems to need a closer look by Cafe... this would be a 5 star review but I could not recommend this model due to such a careless product design. This product should be recalled and I can't wait to see if there is going to be a class action against them.

Sleek and Convenient

This microwave is beautiful! It’s easy and convenient for our older kids to use and it looks amazing in our new kitchen! We get so many compliments on the white matte finish as well!

Love it, but having a problem after 3 times using.

I re really love the look of this microwave and the whole cafe collection. The microwave was recently installed and worked, we used it only 3 times and the 4th time, I hit the door close button and then the add 30 second button and the power went completely off. The plug into the outlet is grounded and the outlet is working. I tired the re set to no avail. Having the installer come back, but I am worried that the unit is defective. It looks beautiful, works great, and I love that I can lock the settings on it so my young kids can’t press the buttons!
