Poor quality control/design.

The first one Abt installed had to be replaced because of a bent lower panel. On the second one they installed the two aluminum air filters on the bottom consistently fall out when the door is closed.

Very modern style.Just got it but like the idea of self cleaning and no racks anymore. Also my old GE micro had a knob on the outside. It does look better without.

Cafe CVM519P2PS1 review & Reliable Service Review

Did not like - 1) no night light capability 2) buttons are hard to push 3) door scrapes against the air guard located just beneath the door 4) Reliable Services that installed it had to come out twice as the first time it was not installed level and rear panel was not mounted to the unit. Liked - 1) Most similar to our old cafe model CVM2072SM1SS.

Great popcorn 🍿 feature.

It has done everything that we have asked it to do, with no problems whatsoever.

Cafe’ disappointment

We love the s/s styling & handle! We chose to replace an existing GE Profile microwave that worked perfectly in order to match our other two Cafe appliances. But, were very disappointed in the lack of features compared to our old microwave. The push button controls are hard to use because you have to press “hard” to activate a feature and there are fewer features all around. The sound level of the timer & sensors are not loud enough to hear from more than 10 feet away and do not adjust to an ac...

Terrible Customer Service

The microwave has a high pitched electrical hum when it is plugged in and not operating. I have never had any microwave make noise when in standby. GE sent out a service tech and said everything is functioning properly. Lowe’s and GE customer service both say to contact the other company to resolve the problem. It is unacceptable that I am stuck with a defective product. Terrible experience from both companies.

Micro great fan and light

So far enjoying using this one. Exhaust fan works well with the stove below. Light is very good it helps see the outlines on the induction stove below.

Installation went well, everything is working. Surface light is not as bright as my previous GE Microwave. The buttons are harder to push, I have arthritis so that is not great. I hope it lasts at least as long as my last GE microwave, 12+ years. I will update this review in a few weeks when I have had a chance to work with it.

Great design and features

Liked how well protected the oven was delivered in. We like the stylish look and finish of this microwave oven. We were pleased with the features and simplicity to use. We hope we get many long years of service from it

So far I love it. The light matches my under cabinet lighting perfectly. Just wish it was LED instead of Halogen.
