Ratings & Reviews for Cafe 1.9-cu ft Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking ( Stainless Steel with Brushed Stainless Handles )

Great New Microwave

Just installed my new microwave a few days ago. What an improvement from my Kitchen Aid. Looks great, very functional.

Just okay

This appliance is not as easy to use as previous microwave ovens we’ve owned. It has very few presets for things like steaming vegetables, softening butter, etc. it takes too many steps to adjust power levels and cook time. The owners manual could be more helpful.

Great Features

Efficient. Works great. Looks awesome. Sounds good and provides excellent ventilation.

Works Fine

It works like a microwave is supposed to work. We bought this model because it matched the oven we got and she said 'they must match'?!?. Installation was easy but we do not have the version that externally vents. I gave it 4 stars because it was so expensive...but, hey, it matches the stove!

Nice microwave

Sleek. Efficient. Love the darker grey inside. Made beautiful.

Beautiful microwave

Beautiful microwave. Easy installation. Works great. Matches perfectly with my range/oven and my dishwasher. Price was good too.

Inside cooking area

Wish the inside had a white finish instead of black. White makes it easier to see when cleaning.

Great features

Sharp looking microwave. Works great. The wattage is the same as my old one however 10-30 second increments are not near as hot as my last microwave.

Great microwave

Powerful and pretty. We’re really enjoying it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful microwave

Beautiful microwave. Great features. Over the stove microwave.

Powerful and Quiet

This microwave replaces a top of the line one that was over 14 years old. I'm happy with the greater power and how quiet even the over the stove exhaust fan is. It is a very stylish unit and matches my other kitchen appliances very well.

Still trying to decide....

I replaced a microwave that did not NEED to be replaced- simply to have one that matches my Range. I love the look of the Cafe appliances. I do not necessarily need ALL the bells and whistles of the higher priced cafe models so I thought this was a safe purchase despite other reviews. So far I think it is fine for our purposes. I will say the vent is a bit louder than our last brand . I also wish the color of the lighted touch pad and clock numbers were the same as the Range. I was surprised th...

Good features, ease of use control panel

The design of the Café microwave is esthetically pleasing, the quality and reputation rate highly.

It’ll take some getting us too

Number 1-5 are express cook so you cannot just enter your cook time and press start. First you must hit cook time then enter your time then hit start. Annoying

Nice microwave but the surface light leaves a lit.

Love the look and functionality. Only complaint is that the surface light isn’t very bright. It’s more like a night light. Have checked and there is no other bulb that will alleviate this issue.

Nice looking microwave

The microwave looks nice, but when it runs, even though it is vented out the top, it still blows some warm moist air out of the holes in the top front up on the cabinet doors which gets them wet and over time will ruin the cabinet doors. This is very disappointing. As a result it makes me not want to use it since I don't want my cupboard doors ruined.

Beautiful and high end!

I love the microwave. Looks very high end and great quality. Very easy to use and clean!

clock light should be same color as range light

Functions well but this is the second replacement in 13 years.

Love the Cafe product

Great value for price point. Beautiful looking appliances! Awesome performance!
