Unable to maintain temperature
2 years into ownership on this highly priced premium product. We are not satisfied. The fridge is unable to maintain consistent temperatures. Our food is regularly over 42-45 deg when we have the fridge set to 36. We monitor the temperature inside the fridge with 2 separate thermometers. One is a data logger I use for work which is submerged in water for consistent measurement. 2 fridge openings cause the temp to drift 8-10 degrees and it takes 8 hours to recover. It's unacceptable. Would Not RecommendI’ve had this refrigerator for 5 years and I’ve never been thrilled by the design or performance. The plastic feels cheap and several pieces have broken after normal adult use. The seals on the main doors and freezer drawer are finicky and frequently don’t seal, causing temperature problems. I’ve had to empty, turn off and defrost in order to restore normal temperature control. The hot water cafe is useless. It heats very slow and only heats a small quantity. We're thrilled. We get a LOT of food to store until we distribute it. We have stocked & stocked and pushed and shoved. This refrigerator has NOT let us down, yet. The doors always shut tight! Would RecommendThe features on this model are far and above what one would expect from a refrigerator. The in the door hot water feature is great for a quick cup of tea etc. The twin temps is something I wasn’t expecting. What a great appliance.

Would RecommendAbsolutely adore this refrigerator. Besides the beautiful aesthetic, the amount of space inside is something I’ve never seen outside a commercial unit!
