Solid refrigerator

It is a very serviceable unit. No major complaints. Good drawers etc…,Do wish the doors opened further.

We have had the Cafe refrigerator for about a week. Looks wonderful. Love the amount of room it provides. The hot water is a wonderful feature for both coffee/tea/hot chocolate as well as baking/cooking recipes!! It is an added plus the Cafe was available in white! So far so great!!!

Really good fridge, unless you need a lot of ice.

The refrigerator and freezer do their job. We messed up by ordering the hot water feature and sacrificed the second ice maker not realizing that the primary ice maker was so slow in producing ice and when it was full, couldn’t keep up with our demands.

Features were a perk

The freezer broke down so many times. Now compressor is out. Bought in 2018. Not happy!

LOUD!

We’ve had this refrigerator for 2 weeks now in our new build and it’s super loud. I’ve owned 10+ fridges in my life and none have made the noise this one does. It’s an annoying and high pitched hum, seems most noticeable at night. I can’t comment on the other features other than ice maker works as it should.

We have a problem with the promise made to remove the old fridge, connect the new one, and take away the hold one. The technition sent to do the job was not familiar with how to remove a built in refrigerator so he neither removed it or connected the new one. all they did was deliver the new one and leave it in the middle of the kitchen floor. Some features are useful like hot water dispenser

I like our new fridge ok but the space inside is poorly designed. I tried to move the shelves up and down but it didn’t help. There’s no room for taller bottles or pitchers. Main reason is because of the door dispenser. We had to buy this fridge in a hurry because our old one quick working. The fridges without a door dispenser (in a finish that matched our other appliances) weren’t available until February!! We just received our new refrigerator today. It is the exact same as the one that was in repairable after 10 years. We will enjoy it and hopefully it will last longer than the previous model

Very shallow interior space.

This is a very elegant unit, and I've had no issues with the performance. But I assumed that since the exterior was the same size as my old unit, the storage space would also be the same. Shockingly, the Cafe holds 1/3 less in the drawers and main shelves than my old Samsung! I didn't know this due to purchasing online without actually seeing one in person. Nice fridge

I like my new refrigerator. However, I am concerned with the icemaker. On several occasions the ice produced gets stuck in the upper part of the ice compartment. I have to open it to release the ice so that it continues with the ice production.

Ice and water dispenser have issues

Refrigerator is okay. The shelves on the door doesn’t slow for much room to fit various bottles. The ice maker and water dispenser are my biggest struggle. I water comes out extremely slow and the ice machine is constantly jammed up that you can’t get ice. Freezer door seems to have issue staying closed if It is near full. I would get rid of it but my entire kitchen is cafe brand

Replaced our old fridge with an updated model. Very happy with it so far.
