I have one Brother printer that does a perfect job with envelopes. My two higher cost machines crumple them. I print a fair amount of postage so this is a disappointment.

1 Month and Already Broken
Only 1 month in use and already broken. Called Brother for Warranty and HORRIBLE! TWO HOURS on the phone making you try different things on the printer to FINALLY tell you ok we will send you a REFURB! Now the problem is it's been several days and no tracking no confirmation for ticket or trouble. Would never buy another brother printer again.

Seamless installation
Very pleased with this printer. It was easy to connect to all my devices, and prints documents quickly. I previously had an Hp that NEVER worked properly and I spent two four hour time blocks trying to get it connected to my computer, to no avail. Which reminds me, I need to go on their site to review my horrible experience

It's Alright
