Paper Jams. ink streaks. Poor investment

This product paper Jams way too often to be pleasant to use. You have to take it apart and remove about 10 things. And the printer cartridges often stream lines across the printouts. It has way too many parts to make life easy. I owned an HP printer before for 10 years and never had as many problems. I’m going to return mine and hope it is accepted to return within the time. Period.. my aunt had a brother for a long time and liked them, but this has just been very disappointing in under a month ...

A great color laser printer

I've been using Brother laser printers for 10 years. All have been black toner only. I decided my next printer would be a color laser and the L3780 has not disappointed. It has good color, sharp text, and is fairly quick to print. If I had any complaint, it would be how big and heavy it is. It was difficult to get it from the box to the printer cart. Overall, it is a good color laser printer.

Does not function as advertised

Do not buy this laser printer, the menu screen is not intuitive, the color cartridges don’t last as long as advertised, and it is too expensive for a small nonprofit.

One Great Home Office Printer

One Great Home Office Printer. I've used HP for years this Brother All in one Printer has far exceeded my expectations. Works great, easy set-up, easy to use, top feeder works wonderfully. Finally, a good home printer.

Bananarama

Mostly decent MFC, however the printer mangles envelopes. think week old banana with wrinkles

Great Upgrade from Inkjet, but...

Our church has used an HP inkjet for many years. Recently we decided to upgrade because of an issue with the printer. We decided to go laser and went with Brother based on reviews and an analysis of expected toner usage. The printer setup was flawless, and it prints really well and much quicker than the inkjet. The only issues we've had are that the paper does curl, which I had read in some reviews, but it isn't as bad as folks made it out to be, at least for us. The other is we are already need...

I’m a mature adult, technically challenged, but this installed easily and has worked perfectly.

Great Laser Printer

I have been an HP Officejet for most of my life, but I recently moved to a very humid environment and I was having issues with the Inkjet cartridges. My new Brother Laser does not appear to be affected by the humidity so I am really happy.

How do you recommend recommended

Easy setup, love I’m able to print from anywhere. Great print quality for documents greeting cards. Haven’t tried photos yet. Would highly recommend purchasing this printer. Love the app.

MFC-L3780CDW Prince like a champ

I love this printer but I hated the hook up to Wi-Fi it did not work so I am directly hooked into the router.

This is definitely a workhorse!!! We have 3 companies under one roof that use this printer and it produces great work every single time.

So far, so good.

Overall a good product so far. However, there's NO REASON why it should not be able to use the same toner cartridges I purchased for the MFC-L3770CDW, which I still have several of.

Great, but...

The printer works great and gives very good results. My only issue was trying to print one day and the printer would not respond. Ultimately the issue seemed to be that Windows did not have a "profile" for the printer requiring us set it up all over again!

Easy Setup, Beats the Others

I've had HPs, Epsons and Canons but the Brother is by far the fastest to set up and use. It does a great job with color photos as well as b&w. Speed is also good. I'm very satisfied with it and reasonably priced as well.

Small Office Home Office

Very useful for small office. Great printer and scanner. BUT, too often blue lines in scan when I use the document feeder.
