The Best Upgrade Possible
This is so much better than an ink jet printer. When you use a printer maybe once a month, cleaning the ink jet head becomes a usual practice. NOT ANYMORE! This Laser printer is wonderful. And it was small enough to fit on the printer shelf of our 90s vintage computer desk (with some simple desk modifications).

All in One Printer
Brother's all in one laser printer is a huge step up from my previous all in one from HP. Easier to use, better support, and does beautiful printing. My only objection is that the cost of subscribing to the automatic ink refill program seems excessive. I use the printer for home use only.

Great MFC copier!
My previous MFC was the MFC-9560 which is still working great. I wanted to donate it for a good cause. I have been pleased with Brother's new MFC-L3780CDW since purchased. No problems. Just good printing and scanning. Love your products.

Horrible printer
This is a horrible printer. I have been having problems with it smudging my copies and I have a warranty and I have not gotten any help from the Brother tech team.

Great All-in-One Printer
Great All-in-One Printer, Generally a very good, easy to use printer. It does have a couple of minor drawbacks: 1) The operations/view screen should be swiveled/adjustable, in order to make it easier to read, especially when sitting, standing, or facing the unit from a short side view. 2) You must be careful with the document feeder handler--I have had a few issues when using the feeding handler with the paper. . Make sure paper is not wrinkled, bent, and placed firmly against the top rollers ...

Scan good, print functions so so
Mixed results, color is not clear. It also will not print checks no matter what I do. It will always use the main tray. The only way I found to print a check is to put the check in the MP Tray and pull out the standard tray. Printing envelopes is a mess. It will damage the envelop unless you open the back of the machine prior to printing so the envelop comes out the back. This is a problem as the machine is near a wall.... many issues like this.
