Fast, Efficient, & Great Features

I upgraded to this printer from the Brother HL-3170CDW, which is also a great printer. With Covid work from home and 2 adults, 3 children (one being highschooler), I wanted to upgrade to a faster, more efficient printer. I am very happy with the new printer and would highly recommend this for work from home/home school families.

Great Printer

Takes a while to warm up so the first copy is a little slow compared to my last printer. The Quality is excellent. I wish it copied as well, but it is still much better than my previous ink jet.

No "dry ink" with a laser printer....

Excellent high volume printer. We may not print for a week or so and then need 50 copies...Does a great job at this -and NO DRY INK from a laser printer...

Printing envelopes

Don't buy this if you expect to print envelopes; have had much better experience with HP for envelopes

Great Printer But...

REallly good quality printing, however, it almost always says it's offline and we can't get it to print. We have to physically go up to the printer, press the home button, and fool around with it until it will finally print. This is getting annoying, I would like a fix for this.

Useless for envelopes

Fine for standard document printing, color capabilities are good and as long as you're feeding from the internal tray all is well. The manual feed tray is VERY low-capacity and jams frequently, making mail merge operations a bit dicey. The biggest issue I've had, though, is printing envelopes: the printer simply runs too hot to print more than a few envelopes at a time. More than that, and the heat as the envelopes pass over the drum gets high enough to pre-seal all of them. I've had to reprint ...

Really a great value for the money

I just started a new 2 year IT degree. I needed an inexpensive high quality printer for classes. Getting a great printer for a reasonable price was the key. I was actually surprised to see how much this printer offers for the money. I have had the printer for 3 month and have run about 2000 sheets with full color text and images on about 25% of the output. so far the images have been quite good. Great small office machine

The color printer works well. I'm in a small home office and it is perfect for my needs. It is used mostly for the color and duplex printing, but not as the main printer, s o usage is not as high as if it were the sole printer, but no doubt it would work well if it were.

Great Printer with Speed and features

I got this printer a few months ago for a pretty good deal somewhere else and it's been nothing but great so far. the wireless has been great so far and the printing results have been great as well. Now the only thing with it is that at first when you are trying to hook up the Wireless, it's a bit of a hassle, a REAL HASSLE ACTUALLY but when you finally get it going, it's good. I would recommend this printer to anyone interested in a Wireless Laser Printer.

Fast and easy color printing.

The HL-L8360CDW works as advertised. Very professional looking output. The printing works fast for a color printer. Can easily handle the output I need.

Easy Peasy

Very easy to set-up and to use. Color is accurate and it produces pages quickly. I had no problems with networking. I've had no problems with jams or paper feeding, even using the manual tray. I'm very happy so far.

Works quickly, no fuss

After suffering with an inkjet printer for a few years, I'm really glad I bought this Brother printer. So far, it's always been available (no problem finding it on the network), the toner doesn't "expire", and the printer doesn't get clogged. There was a small color registration problem at first, but a quick calibration process fixed that, and everything just works now.
