Terrible printer
Do not buy thi product. The printer takes 30 minutes to print.. Hooking it up is a nightmare. I have unintalled and reinstalled several times. Called Brother now this printer is out of warranty.

We have 4 ACTIVE Brother Printers as well as 3 prior units. Wouldn't consider any other brand. Quality is always BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Not a single one of our 7 Brother printers -- and they run the gamut from inexpensive to top of the line -- has failed us for any reason through these past many years. I needed to print packing slips in color and FedEx labels in black. This has all the functionality I needed for a decent price.

Very nice printer
I bought this printer mainly for colour copies. The results are very nice and overall I am very satisfied. The only problem which I found difficult to manage is printing photo's from Photoshop and giving it the right colours. What I would prefer is a larger tray, let's say 500 sheets. If I would buy this printer again, I would go for a printer like this with a document feeder. After all I made 30000 copies and still going strong. Love it.

Good printer, but poor online connectivity
The printer prints great, but the online connectivity: wifi, NFC, wifi-direct are horrible. The clanky mobile app barely works and is extremely slow when it does work. Haven't been able to get the NFC to work yet.

Good Printer
So far this seems to be a very good color laser printer. It takes a while to find and get the options set correctly, but after the initial setup it works well. I am only giving it a 4 because sometimes it will not pull paper from either tray, I have to go to the printer and click "retry" and this is a brand new printer so this should not be an issue. Also, sometimes (not always) the print jobs print very slowly, but other times they go quickly so I don't know what is going on there. But othe...
