I love this periodic because it allowed me to print from any of my devices including my smart phone with no cable connection

Good Reliable Printer

We purchased this printer about 2 years ago and it is still performing like new. That's what we like about it, reliable. The printing is even, the color is great and the wifi works well.

not too good of quality

The printing has many marks on each sheet of paper, as it is extremely difficult to clean the rollers properly. I have worked with your product support and they have help a great deal, but I know I will have to live with the poor quality with this printer.

Great printer Little big in size but I love it

Working great since Day 1

I only print occasionally, but wanted a Color Laser Printer to get away from my troublesome Color Inkjet past. This unit is rock solid - no issues. It's also quieter than my previous HP B&W Laserjet when it spins up to print. Another bonus I discovered is that this printer does not drive my dog crazy like the old one did. I believe my old printer emitted "tones" that were aggravating to a dog's hearing, but the dog doesn't even notice this printer when it runs.

Although it starts the first page a little slow, it is working really well and prints pages fast after that, duplex printing, and is easy to use.

Perfect for my needs

Works great. Quick and easy setup. Air prints, WiFi prints, front/back, nice color...all you’d need in a printer...con? A bit larger than the printer it replaced.

Great printer, good value

The printer unboxes on the medium to heavy side. Printer setup and connection is much easier than my black and white Brother laser. Print quality and speed meets my needs

So far so good.

Have printed about 50 sheets through it. Seems perfectly fine. Connects to my phone to print as well. I’ll give it a true test once I start printing my menus out.

Easy Setup

This printer offer both wireless and wired connections. It also offers lots of setup features for admins without lots of complicated menus like HP and Canon. I would like to see the price of cartridges come down.

Double-side printing & Wireless Printing

It does what it should do, it does it well, and for a reasonable price. Being able to print directly from my phone is very convenient.

It just works

Should have bought a Brother earlier. Have had Samsung and HP printers, they never really could connect wireless very well. The Brother just works. Always.

I like brothers

I have used brothers for many years for my laser printing, fast, great color. I use HP for ink, but brothers is best laser

I'm working from home now, and in need of a printer and fax. This product has definitely made my work much easier.

Always work.

My Samsung often requires reboot... My L3860CDW printer is always there. Only trouble is asking for a password for a firmware upgrade, claiming it is in the back and trust me, it is NOT ANYWHERE...

Does the job right

I'm not a heavy user, so after the ink cartridges on a printer dried up, I decided to get one of these. I've had a Brother laser printer for years and have been very satisfied with it, but it didn't do color or duplex. Now I have versitility for doing the job right.

Great usefulness

The printer is very large and takes up alot of space but not without merit. It is quick with amazing print quality. It is quick and seems to be problem free. I would really like to have a feature of a way to both copy and to scan as a home office computer.

Brother Laser Printer HKK8360CDW

I have owned many printer in the past. Anything HP I stay away from. I did have 2 Lexmarks but the last one the screen died and I could not get it serviced. This is my second Brother print. The first one is in my office in FL and this one is in my office in ME. Both of them are still working and were the easiest printer to set up on WIFI. since i use it for only printing office documents, the print quality is very good.

Reliable Workhorse

This is my second Brother printer. The first b/w model has been running for about 20 years. Hopefully this one too.
