We purchased our generator in 2019 and are 100% satisfied with the performance and reliability. Outages in our area last from hours to days and our 17KW generator has performed flawlessly during every outage. Recently, our power was out for days (72 hours) in 80°+ weather due to snapped electrical poles from high winds and we were safe and comfortable. Just in time....

We bought two 20kW Generators, one for each of our homes that are next to each other 9 days ago. In one house, we have a 97 year old with Oxygen. Our power went out in our Subdivision at 1am this morning for 8 1/2 hours and we were so fortunate to have our generators working as they should. LOVE them already.

Great Generator! No Problems since install in 2017

Did most of the installation myself with a professional electrician (who was also a B&S generator dealer and servicer) checking my work and doing final hookup. It has worked flawlessly since installation. Runs our entire home. Auto start and check happens every week. I do my own oil changes and service. Pretty Fine

The generator is relatively small for a unit of its capacity (26kW) and quite sleek. It is impressively quiet when operating. It is a fine investment for our home.

Relaxed

We are able to live in a relaxed composer because of having power to our home in a instant with our generator on standby.

I Bought this 20,000 watt Brigs and Stratton generator in 2018. Every Tuesday for the last several years the generator has started up at 9 AM regular time and 10 AM Daylight savings time, run for 10 minutes to charge the battery and then shut itself off. It has the optional engine oil warmer and battery warmer. I just had the oil and filter changed as well as the two spark plugs. Best value for air cooled generators

This is the best investment ever. Over 108 amps of power, can run heat pumps, stove, dryer and other things all at once. Don't need power management. Dollar for dollar this is the best value of any other generator. Very quiet to other generators. And has a much smaller footprint than other generators

Excellent product

I purchased the generator in December 2021. It worked perfectly with no issues. Locks and appears very well built.

Complete and utter TRASH!

In the last 8 months that I've had this it has NEVER kicked on during a power failure. While the installer has tried more than a dozen times to change every part on it and have the factory refresh the firmware and what not it still doesn't work!! Would not recommend this brand.
