Quiet Unit!

We bought this in May 2026 and it is quieter than the old unit it replaced. Gives us peace of mind in the event of a loss of power.

Reliability

Never thought we’d have a situation so soon where our generator would be needed. But two and a half weeks after installation our power went out and our generator came on. It worked and we had power.

Briggs and Stratton Generator

We had this installed just a few months ago and live it. #1 Due to its quietness. #2 we have list power three times within two months and this generator kicking in and running the whole house was worth every penny we spent. #3. Woodfin handled everything from the sale to the final inspection. It was great and we are so blessed that we were able to do this. We recommend if you’re thinking about installing a generator do it!!! Well worth the money.

Confident

We have only lost power for 1 hour 1 time since the purchase. So far so good is all I can say. My installer was excellent though.

Great piece of mind and zero hassle.

Had the 18kW generator installed a year ago and it has been put to use three times. Twice during storms, and once when the power company decided to do maintenance on the power poles in my neighborhood and cut power. At that time we were having a small party in the afternoon with about 20 people. The power was out for about an hour, but it ended up being a non event for us. Great product!

Best purchase we’ve ever made! We wanted one for years and didn’t want to take the financial plunge! Well worth it! It has already saved us in the dog days of summer and in the dead of winter during an ice storm. It has never given us any problems and we are pleased so far.

Security with Backup Power

Have only needed it a couple of times since with the longest being 2 hours. Still glad we purchased it. Much easier than pulling out the portable and running cords to freezer and refrigerators. Plus, now we will have heating, cooling and water (well).

Confidence and security

Best generator

Especially having a baby, knowing that if our area loses power we dont have to leave and deal with trying to stay somewhere else with a young toddler. We can just keep going about our life as usual. Other people I know have different brands and they have had to have a lot of maintenance but this one has not had that problem

Love the machine and it runs our whole house amazingly with no issues when the power is out. This is actually our second unit, as we had one at our previous place. VERY RELIABLE

I am also 83 years old and if something should happen to me, I did not want my wife to have to worry about storms. I reviewed several systems and I am also very MADE IN AMERICA aware. I have had several other B & S products before so I knew they were VERY reliable. My choice was easy.

Dependable

I like how it only runs a few seconds each week testing the system and then sends a status update to my phone so that I can see everything it running properly. The install went quickly and efficiently. Living in Texas hurricanes are possible, and I wanted peace of mind that the power will stay on at my house.

True to Form
