I would have anything but a Bosch dishwasher

We bought a Bosch dishwasher about 18 years ago from Lowes and alas it was time to replace it. The sales rep was great to work with. The delivery had numerous hiccups but Kaleb saved the day. If it were possible to have him every time we would. Kaleb is a very Impressive and knowledgeable young man. He took pride in his work and very respectful of our home. He even gave us a tour on how to operate it. Priceless! The dishwasher itself is pretty awesome. Many changes in the last 18 years! ...

Does not dry, holds very few dishes.

I had no idea that dishwashers exist which have no drying option except air dry. I researched reviews and consumer reports and purchased the most reliable. It does not clean well, only air dries which doesn’t work in the south, and holds very few dishes with no way to keep fragile dishes from falling over. I’m in shock after spending so much to buy a high end brand.

I love it! Dishes are clean, it is quiet, easy to load, drawers pull out with ease. My only complaint is the soap dispenser lid does not easily lock in, it takes several attempts to get it to snap closed.

Installation was a nightmare, drain hose integral to the unit had a leak but was installed anyway and posted as complete. It’s taken almost two weeks for Lowe’s to finally realize the entire unit had to be replaced. Meanwhile we have a dishwasher we have paid for we cannot use. Horrible service

Bosch Dishwasher 500- works good for us

Bought this Bosch at a 4th of July sale for $999 which was a very good price for the 500. We had a 14 year old GE profile in the past that started leaking, so upgraded. We installed it ourselves because Lowes price was high. Anyway, thanks Lowes for your good sale of dishwashers! PS- we don't use the AP, just run it at night and it's dry by morning. It runs things super clean, and we use the "express 60 minute" to save water.

Bosch Dishwasher

I had a very good experience with the sales associate. She was knowledgeable and ensured I knew how to file for my rebate. What really was nice was the installation. Armando called before arriving. He worked quickly, removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. No mess, no debris left. Presented in professional manner and attire. Very pleased with the whole experience, and I love my new Bosch, sleek, very quiet and dishes are shining.

First Dishwasher I've ever loved

It's the first one I've gotten to choose, I suppose. I may be slightly biased, as we've had to hand wash for about a year now, but even compared to the units I've had - this one just works. Keep it happy with rinse-aid and occasional cleaning, and it does exactly what you expect it to do. (Unrinsed) Dirties go in, Cleans come out. That hasn't been my experience with most of the DWs I've owned in the past. Summary: It's quiet, it's attractive, it does a fantastic job cleaning your dishes.

New Bosch 500 series dishwasher

We needed to replace our Bosch dishwasher after 20 years of service. We appreciate the advice of Mars in the La Frontera store and are very happy with our new Bosch 500 series dishwasher

Great Customer Service

The dishwasher is very good so far, but the salesperson, Michael Gruda, really deserves 5 stars also. The 1st install attempt was stopped due to the electrical setup, and when that was fixed Michael went the extra mile to help us thru the sale reversal process and re-install.

purchased the bosch 500 series dishwasher based on reading positive reviews. however, the dishwasher has been extremely underwhelming. won't dry the dishes properly, water puddles on door, water jet spinner fell off, and now a sour oder in the cabinet. can't recommend at this point.
