Love the air dry feature

We are loving the new dishwasher. I like the darker stainless steel. My favorite thing is the air dry optio.The door pops open when the wash cycle is done to help dry the dishes faster. So if you run it before bed, your dishes will be dry by morning.

Not impressed

We bought this machine to replace a dishwasher (not Bosch) that we purchased 5 years ago. That machine was repaired 3 times in those 5 years, and the final time, the tech said it was more cost effective to replace it. So we went top of the line and bought a Bosch. The Bosch cleans efficiently and is very quiet, and you can program it for the cycle you prefer. Dryer Hardly Functions

The drying mechanism on this machine is AWFUL. My kitchen aid from 5+ years ago dries better. They do feature the "Auto Dry" feature which opens the dishwasher after a wash, which is supposed to help with drying dishes. It hardly helps either. But good for them to market and sell this to unsuspecting consumers. Bosch has such a good reputation with premium priced units, so I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Lasted 5 years

Wonderful Dishwasher. Lasted 5 years and gone. In spite of the high ratings, getting service is nearly impossible. I will avoid them from now on.

40 days in

I’ve had a Bosch dishwasher, 500 series was great. However, the first time I got 800 series -45 days ago first dishwasher came broken.. second dishwasher we’ve had for 40 days and almost from the beginning. We’d have to reset the dishwasher every once in a while. these things happen however this last time did the dishwasher would not reset and would not start. It looks like the motherboard went. pretty disappointed 0n a Bosch that I spent $1000 on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet it is, other than that not liking it as much as my old dishwasher. The racks aren’t conducive to loading dishes. Mine aren’t adjustable except for a couple you can lay the prongs down to accommodate larger bowls on the bottom. The way the racks are arranged makes it difficult to load bigger plates with other items on the bottom. I don’t put my pots and pans in the dishwasher, it’s mixing bowls, serving bowls, etc. I’m running it ...
