Worth the money

We decided to finally upgrade our original dishwasher that came with the house after it started to leak. We chose this model for three reasons. One, it’s a Bosch. I don’t think any other brand carries the same prestige when it comes to dishwasher and it has yet to disappoint. The quality is top notch along with the cleaning performance and lack of noise. Disappointed in Bosch Quality

This model cleans well and is quiet. We have had Bosch dishwashers for many years. Unfortunately this is the last one. The build quality is poor. Bottom rack has very small single wheels that jam when pulling out to load or empty. One wheel consistently falls off. The utensil rack is half the size of previous models and completely inadequate for a family. Very disappointed in the reduced quality of Bosch dishwashers. Please Don't Purchase the Bosch Dishwasher.

I bought this Bosch 500 series dishwasher to replace my Kitchenaid dishwasher. This was a mistake because it doesn't dry the dishes, very poor loading dishes, etc. It is very hard to change wash setting. Also, if you don't have a new I-Phone your in trouble. Please think before you get stuck with this dishwasher!

The machine does not dry the dishes when the cycle is complete. I contacted customer service, and the technician told me that I need to read the manual because I must use rinse aid for the dishes to dry properly. The manual I have is for 100,300,500 series. If I had known this was how Bosch designed the dishwasher, I would not have bought it. A dishwasher should be able to dry dishes effectively without requiring an additional product for acceptable performance. This has been very disappointin...

Bosch 500 Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Bosch appliance, and I am happy with how quiet it is and with the loading options; however, I am not thrilled with the variety of operating options that need to be set through an app. I would rather not need my phone to operate my dishwasher; I should have paid more attention to this before buying this model.

Super Quiet and Cleans Well

I’m super happy with this dishwasher. It’s so quiet I have to double check that it’s actually on. Cleans really well and the door opening after a cycle really makes a difference with unloading as the dishes don’t hold on to the excess water. You do have to turn that feature on before starting a cycle though.
