Great Service + Great Product

The product, the Bosch dishwasher is great, but perhaps more important to note is the service that Lowe's provided. I found the product online at a great price. I ordered it and they brought to my house right into my kitchen and hauled away the old. No problems. I connected the power, the water and the exhaust hose and was done in about 20 minutes. Kitchen is back in order

I was looking for a new dishwasher as the one I had was out and 12 years old. Went to the local Lowe’s store and was looking at the models I had reviewed Online. A sales rep came over and was very helpful with explaining the differences between each dishwasher and helped me to get a top rated Bosh on sale that included a complete installation and removing the old dishwasher package! This was a turn key installation and completely satisfied with all the services provided.

I bought this over the Labor Day weekend sale. I am thrilled at how quiet it is. It does a great job of cleaning. The dishes are dry with the exception of a few plastic cups and plates. The 3rd shelf is very handy for odd sized utensils. It is early but at this point I am happy with my purchase.

Lowe's sales staff were superb at helping us find the right product, making the traansaction and then arranging the installation. The installation went perfectly, extremely fast and the technician was superb. A+ all around

Bosch customer service is the worst

My advice is don't buy Bosch. I have a 500 series that is 1 1/2 year old and is dead. I worked in the commercial appliance industry for years. Here's my problem, there is a 1 year warranty on the washer so I'm over, BUT, there is a 5 year warranty on circuit boards. Being from the industry, I know it's a controller board. They told me I would have to get a certified technician to write a report in order to get a warranty. The companies they told me to call would either not come to my area (too f...

Love the air dry feature

We are loving the new dishwasher. I like the darker stainless steel. My favorite thing is the air dry optio.The door pops open when the wash cycle is done to help dry the dishes faster. So if you run it before bed, your dishes will be dry by morning.

Not impressed

We bought this machine to replace a dishwasher (not Bosch) that we purchased 5 years ago. That machine was repaired 3 times in those 5 years, and the final time, the tech said it was more cost effective to replace it. So we went top of the line and bought a Bosch. The Bosch cleans efficiently and is very quiet, and you can program it for the cycle you prefer. Dryer Hardly Functions

The drying mechanism on this machine is AWFUL. My kitchen aid from 5+ years ago dries better. They do feature the "Auto Dry" feature which opens the dishwasher after a wash, which is supposed to help with drying dishes. It hardly helps either. But good for them to market and sell this to unsuspecting consumers. Bosch has such a good reputation with premium priced units, so I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
