Dishwasher

Wasn't sure I would like the third rack for silverware but it does save a lot of space on the bottom for bigger pots and pans.

Excellent product.

I wanted a dish washer with 2 specific qualities, quiet for our open floor plan, and able to equally clean both racks. Our previous appliance did a terrible job on the top rack. This Bosch unit is exceeding our requirements in both ways. Super quiet, and every single item comes out clean, on all 3 racks.

This model is great!

This is a great dishwasher! This is our second Bosch. We had our first for about 13 years and loved it, it was very quiet. This one is an upgraded model from our last one and 4 dba quieter and hard to tell if it's running or not without looking at the floor for the red light.

Bosch - Horrible Experience

I expected a high-quality experience from Bosch, but it has been a massive disappointment. My brand-new unit arrived with black residue inside (photos). When I contacted support, I was met with incompetence and blame-shifting. - Conflicting Advice: One agent told me to run a deep clean; the next told me I "ruined the evidence" by doing exactly what the first agent suggested. - Poor Service Timeline: They quoted a 1-2 week turnaround time, leaving a brand-new appliance unusable. - Lack of Acco...

Exactly what I needed!

I like that my dishes are truly getting clean and that it is so quiet. I wish that it had a delay start on the control board of the dishwasher, but I will get used to doing a delay start via the app. That's not a deal breaker for me. It's got more high-tech features than I'm used to so still learning about all that it can do. I'm very pleased with it.

Auto air works great!

The dishwasher came well-wrapped and protected. It includes the drain hose and electrical plug (90 degree, just less than 1" deep when plugged in). It was pretty easy to assemble and install (just be sure to fully install the water inlet elbow before the flex hose). It was easy to install in our cabinet opening.
