New Bosch 500 series dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with my new Bosch dishwasher. This is my second Bosch, the first lasted 17 years! This new one does a fantastic job cleaning and drying my dishes and pots, pans and utensils. Everything comes out sparkling clean and dry and love how quiet it is also. Bosch is a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it.

Very quiet and dries quite well with the auto air.

It cleans very well but I thought the silverware tray was a little deeper. I can't get some of my shallow bowls in it like I thought I could. Product is very quiet and efficient. It may take some getting used to arranging the dishes so I can get the most out of it but other than those minor things it's great.

2 Months to get a dishwasher?

Love to tell you it was a wonderful product, but we bought and paid for it 2 Feb and they cannot get it in stock so now it is tentatively scheduled for March 2

Very quiet

Old 300 series died after 9 years so time to get a new one. Wife like that the 500 was very quiet so we went with this. After a month, dishwasher is excellent like the old 300. New features like wifi and "power wash" are fine. What I dont like, the pullout racks are very flimsy compared to my old 300. Hopefully they stand up, but be wary of this. Install and setup very easy, about 30 min and that's just crawling around and running the drain hose and water line. Like that it's a simple plu...

How quiet it is

We have been quite happy with how quiet our 500 series is and how clean things are getting. Our old dishwasher was extremely loud and wasn’t cleaning very well

Three dishwashers, each one with moldy racks

I am incredibly disappointed with Bosch and Lowe's. I ordered a brand new 500 Series Bosch dishwasher and had it delivered to my home so I could install it. After unwrapping the plastic and opening it, there was obvious black spots on the racks inside, especially the top rack (see photos). It looked like mold. Even a piece of paper that comes inside had mold on it. I understand that Bosch tests the dishwashers in the factory and a little bit of water is normal, but this was more than just water....

You get what ya pay for!

It was replaced with a 500 model which also was an initial failure which was replaced with was replaced with another initial failure which was replaced withthis one which does a remarkable job of cleaning the dishes. I would like to have better racks for the cost of the product.

Money Well Spent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to spend the extra money in hopes of having a quieter and more efficient appliance. Suffice to say, money well spent. Units performs beautifully and is incredibly quiet.

Great dishwasher!

Sharon was fabulous in helping us select this dishwasher! Very happy with our decision. Love the third rack and air dry option.
