Not as quiet as it should be.
Would Not RecommendNot 44db. Waiting on installer to check it out. Otherwise it works well. I use the heat assist feature and my dishes, even plastics, come out dry. I give it 3 stars right now, simply because of the noise. My previous dishwasher was an Ascenta. It was rated at 46db. This new one is much louder.

The 500 Series Bosch Dishwasher gets my dishes clean with so little noise that I have to walk by to make sure the washer is still running. Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with my new Bosch dishwasher. This is my second Bosch, the first lasted 17 years! This new one does a fantastic job cleaning and drying my dishes and pots, pans and utensils. Everything comes out sparkling clean and dry and love how quiet it is also. Bosch is a bit more pricey, but definitely worth it.
