Missing rip guide and the screws which hold it in place.

Disappointed with performance and quality

I used this saw to build a small building. It labored to get through basic cuts when trimming 2 X 6 lumber and 3/4" plywood. I even bought a better saw blade to make sure it had the best chance to perform. The performance didn't improve. The other disappointing issue is the handle to loosen the tension so I could adjust the depth of cuts came off after a few uses. I now have to keep the handle in the bag and put it on the spindle each time I need to adjust the depth. Not impressed with thi...

Good value saw

Purchased saw because I liked the features and Bosch name. Haven't been disappointed. I've used it to cut 2x's and used a metal cutting blade to cut metal roofing panels. Performs well. I like the angle and depth detents as well. Depth guide is very handy as is the hanger that's built into handle. Only concern is the plastic handles on angle and depth set bolts. I worry about their longevity, but we shall see.

I only have one issue with the saw other than it doesn't have a light on it. The adjustment levers are plastic and will break off over time. They need to be metal.

Quiet, powerful and easy to use. I got it on sale and was pleasantly surprised by its features and quality. A must buy!

More than six months old and working well. Very easy to adjust. carry bag should have a place for blades.

Not great

It's no cutting square and the sole has a rock or it doesn't sit perfectly flat as it should. Expensive saw seems like it should be right.

Power

Was using a Black and Decker, and my wife bought this form me. Had some 2 inch red oak and this thing eat it up. Plenty of power!

Absolutely live this saw

I bought this skilsaw after using it id never by another brand. The weight , table and long xord make this saw exceptional.

Great saw for the money

I purchased this to replace an aging (roughly 30 years) saw in which the bearings were shot. I looked for some time at the offerings from Bosch, Craftsman, Skil, Hitachi and others. Ok saw

Alright saw. Not as powerful as I expected. Had kickback cutting an old 4" post. Flimsy plastic adjuster for blade depth

Good all-round saw. A bit heavy for long-term use, but very robust.

Not bad, could be better

Bought a few months ago, plastic mechanism for height adjustment is wonky and doesn't work well. Also the same peice for bevel cut. Other then that a great peice.

Great features

I like how the height adjustment works, the little extra tilt and the power. The hook for hanging is a nice feature also. The bed plate is great also, not those stamped plates that will bend easy.

Overall excellent tool.

I knew when I upgraded my circa 1987 circular saw I was in for a tre, but the Bosch saw really is impressive. It's lightweight, powerful and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Durable and Powerful

I have used it for over 30 minutes of straight cutting in one day, it is working extremely well.
