Heavy, well built, easy to use

I bought this circular saw 15 days ago, and if I would have known the difference between using a cheao brand and this, I would have never bought so many saws before this one. Truly love it, and highly recommend it

great circular saw

I used this saw for all my general wood cutting. Just recently built a shed and used this throughout much of the construction process. The tool is light and comfortable with good sight lines for cutting. Very please with the quality of this saw.

POWER

I bought this saw about a year ago but didn't really get a chance to use it until recently. This thing has a lot of kick. It's strong and durable and I couldn't find anything it wouldn't cut through easily.

This saw is a work horse

This saw cuts through just about anything like a hot knife through butter. Best saw I ever owned

Happy I have it

I hadn't planned to get this saw but am glad I did. It cuts great & haven't had any kind of problems with it and I've had it over a year now. I've had craftsman saws that were disappointing and had very short life spans. This saw doesn't seem like it's going to end like those ones & that makes me even happier.

Beats the other big names by far

Was tired of worrying about my makita being dropped from the roof and started looking around for a rafter hook to add to it. Could not find one and heck, I "needed" a new saw anyway. The Good: Whoever thinks this saw doesn't cut true 90 degree cuts is either biased, confused or possibly (slim chance) has a defective saw. I like the saw

The Bosch circular saw is a good, smooth running machine. A particular feature that I really appreciate is the table. It is extra beefy and cast metal with integrated ribbing for strength rather than the typical stamped sheet metal that is prone to bending out of shape. The angle setting goes beyond 45 degrees which on occasion is a lifesaver for unusual cuts. Features that I would change are: 1. The best 7-1/2 saw on the market!

I've been using this saw on a weekly basis for the last three years. No other saw I've owned in the last 20 years has held up as well as my Bosch. I love the visibility, and this thing has a great sight-line while cutting. The motor has been rock solid, even after some hard use cutting a bunch of 8/4 hardwoods for 90 minutes straight. It's comfortable, it's powerful, and it's RELIABLE. I don't know what else you could ask for! Will recommend to anyone. 10/10!

Smooth operation

I used this saw at work and found it very easy to use. So when my saw failed I bought this saw and I'm very pleased whit its operation.

Flimsy footplate hinge major issue

This CS10 is the third circular saw I have owned over 40 years. The first two were less expensive direct drive saws. Compared to the old saws, the Bosch has more cutting power and is easier to adjust. The Bosch feels quite heavy, maybe that is due to the bigger motor. The fatal flaw for this saw is the flimsy plastic hinge on the footplate. The hinge flexes during cutting, which causes the blade to wander. This makes it hard to saw a straight line without a guide. Received it as a Christmas gift. Saw has plenty of power but weight is manageable. And I really like not having the old safety button to deal with.

Great all around saw. Needs 2 improvements to be a 10...a light and make the depth and angle lock levers out of magnesium so they won't break so easy.

Great value

I bought this produxt recently and absolutely love it. I am using a bosch recommended 40 tooth, general purpose blade and it cuts through my very wet, treated deck lumber like a hot knife through butter and the cut is perfectly clean, with hardly any resistance.
