Cutting great but a little heavy.

Junk saw

The blade guard is plastic it broke already. The height adjustment is loose you can't tighten it up the things a pile of junk.

Powerful but Heavy

Cut through steel sheets like a hot knife in butter. I bought it to cut metal sheeting. It worked very well but was a bit heavy to maneuver. I like that it was well made.

Heavier than cordless

Plenty if cutting power. Works well but its a little heavy.

Great saw for the price

Seems great for the precise cutting I am doing

Finally broke down and bought a new saw. This be had all the bells and whistles I needed. Smooth start and stop. I am using it for precision work with a higher count tooth blade. I am very impressed the blade has no walking a sign of a good bearing set. I hope it lasts the 40 year the last saw did. Even came with carrying bag.

The saw, with minimal adjustment, cut square and true. It feel solid and strong when in use.

Unfit for purpose

Purchased this saw to replace a dropped saw that was no longer square. This saw is so poorly designed and a made that it is utterly useless. The foot does not lock in to any rigid position. The angle of every cut is random. There appear to be no missing pieces and no apparent damage. Judging by the other reviews here, my saw is not an anomaly. (And most reviewers here must only be cutting thin sheets, or their reviews would reflect the flimsiness and slop of the saw.)

I purchased this saw based on experience of already having a Bosch jigsaw and hammer drill that I am extremely satisfied with. However, this saw falls way short in comparison to those tools. I am a contractor and use my saws all day every day, this saw depth lock is cheaply made with plastic that doesn't hold position, the saw has terrible kickback at any little normally encountered resistance during cutting. Powerful Saw

I purchased the CS10 circular saw two years ago. I've used it extensively during a remodel. The saw has plenty of torque and never bogs down while cutting framing lumber or 3/4" plywood. In addition, the rafter hook is very convenient. P.S. Requiring a unique nickname to post a review is highly annoying!

Heavy just like I like it

Heavy duty,lots of power ,seems sturdy

Basically a good product

Love the saw, but 1st time I used it, one little piece did pop off when I adjusted the blade height. Just plastic and a spring. Need to get a replacement part.
