Mediocre at best

Cheap adjustment levers. Does the job, but only lasted a year prior to needing repairs. Warranty is good.

Deck Building

Saw cuts like a dream, of course spend some extra money and match it with a good thin blade. 5/4 deck boards all day long, 4x4 treated, and all the rest, don’t hesitate!

Bosch Circ Saw

Motor whines when cutting wet treated lumber. Everything else works great. Used commercially.

Very nice saw

Bought it last weekend, I really love it. Thinking of buying a battery operated drill.

I needed a corded circular saw I own a dewalt 20v but needed a corded one for a more extensive project. So I picked up this bosh corded circular saw at my local lowes for $89.99. I have made several cuts with it, it has plenty of power I have never been the best with a circular saw in ripping a straight line. With this saw I was able to rip some very straight cuts. My only complaint was I wished it came with a hard case instead of a soft case. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one as a gif...

Depth guide has potential but fails.

I really like this saw except for 1 fatal flaw. First the good: it's light, powerful, and has a rafter hook. The depth guide has stops and is labeled for half inch, 3/4, and 2x, which is great. The issue is the lever to tighten the height sucks and broke on me after just a few uses. If it weren't for that, it's 5 stars.

Loose tolerances, very flexy.

This thing is junk. There's a lot of play where the foot plate mounts to the body of the saw. Even if the tolerances were tight in that location, the foot plate flexes like a noodle. So between the play in the pivot and the flex in the plate, it's impossible to get it cutting square no matter how much time you take setting it up.

Excellent product

I purchased this saw a week ago and am very pleased with the value and performance. I have used it all week and would recommend it for anyone who does woodwork.

Good, hard working saw

Just finished my deck I can say that the CS10 is a well made saw with great features, It made all the angle cut with ease and would power through a 2 x 12 plank of treated lumber. With the wrench provided and the spindle lock, blade changes are a fast and easy. Attach your wrench near the electric plug so it handy and you remember unplug your saw when you need to change your blade.

Good saw

The only saw I found that did not have giant vent holes behind the blade which prevents dust from getting into the motor housing.

Excellent Power

I've only owned the CS10 for 4 days, but so far it appears to be an excellent purchase. It's reasonably lightweight, with plenty of power. Since I'm using it to crosscut hardwood ply for furniture, I wish it wouldn't leave black slide marks on the wood, but this is minor in the grand scheme.

Nice saw

Having used this model circular saw on a number of job sites, I purchased this saw to replace my 50 year old Skil Saw. The third time I went to use it I needed to change the cut depth and the lever came apart and parts disappeared. Not happy as I expected much from Bosch.
