What you get for the price for this simple but effective trimmer it is worth it. My last one work for 7 years before it needed to be retired.

Plug keeps breaking

I have bought two and each time the part where you plug it to the electric cord keeps breaking. The prongs sank into the handle on the last one, and the same thing happened with the last one. Though it’s B&D’s least expensive weed eater, they should still look into this problem and fix it.

Workhorse at a great price point.

This replaced the same model that we owned for 15+ years. It's easy to use and works well. Perfect for smaller residential work. The price is right.

This is a good weed eater for such a good price. It's ot to heavy like others and is easy to operate.

Does the Job

I purchased this product at Lowe's. Followed the instructions on assembly and it worked just as expected. I used the entire line spool on my large back yard trimming around my fence. That was no fault of the trimmer as it bump fed the line just like it was supposed to. I am very pleased with the performance of this very inexpensive trimmer. It will be used in a much lighter application in the future. Hopefully it will keep working as it did on this first outing.

Easy to Use and its Lightweight

I recently purchased this trimmer/edger and I am highly satisfied with its features. It gets the job done and the best thing about it is that it is lightweight and easy to use.

Easy to use

I really like this trimmer. I have had back surgery and a shoulder replacement and this trimmer is light enough for me to handle. The edger on it is great. It really cleans up weeds in close areas like near walkways and my steps. I have a battery operated trimmer and gas one and I like this trimmer the best. I also like how it keeps the cord and plug in place so that the cord doesn't fall out while trimming. The only thing I do not like is how hard it is to get the line in and out. I really hav...

3 yrs and still going.

Bought this to replace my gas powered one when it wouldn't crank. For the price I don't care if it lasted for one year. It's still going good after 3 yrs. glad I brought it now I don't have to worry with gas engine problems. If it breaks I would definitely buy another especially at this price.
