Doesn't bump feed

Unless bump feed means turn it over and push with your hand, this doesn't bump feed but it does trim the grass. It's not hard to handle. The instruction manual is inadequate, leaving you guess what the instructions mean.

Love this trimmer!!

This trimmer is a perfect size for a women. Very light weight.

One Use and Done

I bought it late after work and tested it on one side of the driveway. Worked fine. Got up the next morning to to complete the front yard, and it did not want to start. Ice cold.

Great value

It gets the job done. Easy assembly and use. The draw string is easy to replace.

Not what I expected

My wife informed me that she bought this for me. I picked it up and put it together thinking "this tiny, cheap thing is going to be worthless." I was sorely mistaken. This thing is an absolute beast. It chewed through everything I threw at it, and being the first use of the season it was quite a lot. I used and abused it for a full hour and a half before I was finished. It never hesitated or slowed during my abuse. Probably the best $30 weed eater out there.

Simple trimmer that works great!

It's a cheap, simple trimmer that gets the job done. Been using it around the (small) yard for about 5 years now and have had no issues. Nothing fancy, but works well and at the price point its really hard to complain about.

GOOD TRIMMER

I wanted one that was light weight and easy to use--this was perfect. Edges well also.

Light weight heavy duty

This electric string trimmer is surprisingly efficient. Although it is light weight, a great plus for female seniors, it gets the job done.

It did the job I needed it to

I needed a weed eater for a small section of my yard so I picked this one (because of price). It did the job I needed it to and it did it well. I did have a problem with the line being tangled inside the spook so I had to take it apart and fix it but it wasn’t a big issue. Good product, especially for the price.

For $30 this trimmer is good. Easy to use and durable.

Weed wacker

Love this weed wacker. It’s shorter and lighter than others and, is easier for a shorter person like me to use.

What I was looking for

I have only used this once for a long afternoon of trimming after the winter. I was so happy with the light weight, the bump feed, and the way it worked. Have been looking for an old school weed eater for years and so far this one is as good as the one I had 15 years ago!

This model Black and Decker weedwacker is very reasonably priced. It is lightweight, so very easy to use. Does not need to be replaced for at least 3 years of hard use. This is the 3rd time I have replaced with exact same model. Absolutely love the product

breaks easily

The plus is that it's lightweight and that's why I buy these. The minus is that it only works a couple of times until it breaks. Usually the rotor burns out. I use it in my front and backyards which aren't that big, but this thing always burns out.

Functional String Trimmer

This trimmer has a nice, 12" cutting diameter and a decent cord-management retainer at the handle. It doesn't balance quite as well as it could, though, perhaps because of the placement of the upper handle. As long as you don't have a lot of trimming to do, this probably is good for you ... and if you do have a lot of trimming, you've probably selected a gas or battery-powere unit, anyhow.

Best One I Have Owned

The price was so low that I was expecting this to be a big pile of junk. But to my surprise, it runs just fine with a smooth feel to it. and it puts out less noise than others that I have used. It is Light weight for my wife. She likes to trim out the lawn. I would also like to add, The floor people at Lowe's are very helpful and do not just point me to an area of the store. They take the time to walk me to the items and help find the right selection to best fit my needs. That is why I shop here...

Super light weight and easy to use!

I am now a big fan of electric equipment. This thing gets the job done and quick! Instead of mowing right now, I just weed wacked the higher places and it looks beautiful!
