Even better in person!

In the pictures this was great looking with lot of cool architectural details. It is even better in person. This came in some large heavy boxes, so make sure you have friends to help move and assemble it. But, it was easy to assemble with all the parts needed and clear easy to follow directions (took us a weekend, but we didn't slave away either). Would buy this again in an instant

Great Product, No Warranty

The gazebo assembly went really well, and it looks great adjacent to the house. I did not appreciate getting an email the day I received it saying that to maintain my warranty, I would have to perform labor on the gazebo that would far exceed the cost. Better to just tell customers there is no warranty, as that would have been more truthful.

Multi year review of several gazebos

Over the past several years I have installed three Norwood gazebos On my property. Two of them are 12 x 14 and one is 10 x 10. The quality for the price is fantastic. These gazebos are nothing like you’ve seen in big box stores. Much better quality.

Bought 3 weeks ago to add permanent durable shelter over existing spa. Very easy or order. Good price (eligible for military discount…Thank you!) Shipping was very smooth. Fantastic addition to our backyard

The kit arrived at an incredibly busy time for me. We had just moved and I had many tasked to complete before leaving the country for two weeks. On Sunday night I decided my slate was open for Monday so I began reading and trying to understand the assembly instructions. Monday at 5:00 AM I began unboxing and stacking pieces in a logical placement. With a few breaks to recover from the heat, I had the gazebo erected and fully complete at 7:30 PM. Easy to follow build progression. The sorting of the hardware and box opening sequencing would be helpful.

I added 4 feet to the carport height to house my 18 foot travel trailer. I inserted 3.5” x 3.5” x 2’ posts into each 7’ post. I then sandwiched (2) 6” x 1.25” x 4’ cedar boards & (2) 3.5” X 1.25” to the center posts. I then attached the provided baseplates to the new extension posts. The build from that point was normal.

I wish I could enjoy it in my backyard but I can't because I am waiting on two pieces of wood that you guys didn't send in my box. So my gazebo is half ways up. But other than that I can't wait to enjoy it.

Absolutely Everything I Wanted And More!

We needed some shade for our 1960’s brick patio and I finally decided on the Norwood 16 x 12. We are extremely happy with it and the beauty of the cedar pairs so well with the old brick! I had 2 friends (one was a retired contractor) help and we finished it just short of 3 days. Our patio slants downhill some so we had to pour some good size concrete pilings. Exceptional quality and engineering!

We purchased this to provide shade and protection on our property in the Wyoming mountains, and have enjoyed it thoroughly since we have had it up. We chose this for the structural ratings given, and after completing the assembly, am confident that the structure will meet and exceed expectations!. The directions were great and easy to follow, and everything lined up perfectly! It is as appealing as it is sound. Highly recommend!

Nice Touch

This was an addition to our patio and it really brought everything together. It is a very nice product and we didn’t have any issues with the assembly. The only issue we had was not knowing the posts would be hollow, we were hoping for solid for stability and durability. Otherwise it was comparable and did its job.

Nice structure!!

Not for the weak of heart to put together. We just had two of us putting the gazebo together contrary to advice. We were shorted a couple corner brackets but once we got started it went fairly smooth. We added teardrop lights and a couple fans. It provides good shade and the fans keep a breeze stirring. If you’re not up for a full weekend project, pay to have the gazebo assembled.

Great Quality and built like a Tank!!!

This is perfect for my grilling area, it keeps everything from the elements without having to put covers on them. It only took 7 hours with 2 men and a lunch break.

Exactly what we expected!

Based on the reviews I read before purchasing I expected to be very pleased with the product and overall experience - including the assembly process. I can say that this expectation was met! The product was packaged well and arrived completely undamaged. The assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. That said - preparing and assembling this item is a BIG job... We decided to stain all of our wood pieces before assembling, which in hindsight I'm very glad we went this route. ...

What we were looking for.

Started a pool patio project last year and wanted a unique and durable shade structure. After building a swing set playhouse from Backyard Discovery, I was sold on their products. First bought the 20x20 gazebo and made room for this 12x10 gazebo for a grill station. Will have to stain this fall or next spring as the sun does fade the finish.

This was perfect for some shade in our backyard. .

The kit came quickly and in good condition. The assembly wasn’t too terrible for my husband and I over the 3 day weekend. We did need some help with the roof assembly. It looks great and is perfect for our backyard gatherings.

Cozy Outdoor Retreat

This gazebo was the perfect addition to our backyard. It is sturdy and very well made. The instructions and BILT app were easy to follow and our family of 5 put it together over a weekend. We ended up staining our deck the same color as the Norwood Gazebo because the wood accents the black hardware so well. We couldn't be happier with our outdoor grilling and gathering spot. Highly recommend!

Well Built and easy to put together

Instructions were fairly easy to follow, installation was easy with the help of a few people and looks great put together. The impressive part is that since it was installed we've had two storms with at least 50 mph winds and one storm with 70 mph winds and the structure is intact and didn't move a bit. I had reinforced the roof a bit when installing and used some bigger anchors when connecting to the concrete but am impressed that this structure held up to the storms we've had.
