Well Built and easy to put together

Instructions were fairly easy to follow, installation was easy with the help of a few people and looks great put together. The impressive part is that since it was installed we've had two storms with at least 50 mph winds and one storm with 70 mph winds and the structure is intact and didn't move a bit. I had reinforced the roof a bit when installing and used some bigger anchors when connecting to the concrete but am impressed that this structure held up to the storms we've had.

Nice product at a great price!

I’ll keep it simple: after buying and returning a cheaper product from a local big box store, the quality surprised me. Excellent! There was one miscut piece in the boxes and it was Fedexed to me the same day I called. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of the final product. We love the new area and feeling it created in our yard. Love it!

We love our new Norwood Gazebo

I bought this about a month ago and built it myself following the detailed instructions. Had a couple of doubts and called Backyard discovery technical support. Mae was excellent in answering my questions and providing some extra supplies in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Great Gazebo

Great gazebo, pretty solid with quality wood. Recommend sealing prior to assembly. It takes about 3 people minimum to assemble. We love it though

Great Gazebo

The shipment arrived on time with all parts and pieced there. Installation manual was spot on and the associated installation software was a huge help. Took 2 people a little over a day to put up and after a year, still looks great This is a great product...very stable and built well. Once mounted to my deck, it has been the go to place in all seasons. I mounted lights and a ceiling fan along with a speaker for music. Have really enjoyed this gazebo!

Very sturdy and nice looking gazebo

Purchased a while back and the gazebo is very sturdy and looks very nice. Worth what I paid and definitely will last a long time -- the snow load capability was a special need for my area

I'm so glad I purchased this carport. Originally, we were going to build on an additional garage, but after getting quotes on a project that size, we started looking at other options. Ease of construction, beautiful result

This product came in several boxes, safely and appropriately packed. None of the cartons were too heavy that they couldn't be easily moved with a standard hand truck. My wife and I spent the first afternoon building each end piece. The following day, we built the middle section. With the help of a neighbor, we were able to assemble all three sections of the frame in less than 40 minutes. purchased last month and assembled with 3 friends. The assembly was not as easy as the video but was not too much work. Read everything before assembly start. looks GREAT!

Loving it

Purchased the Norwood 10x12 and it's perfect! Sat under it last night in the pouring rain. Installer was great and more than worth the cost. Anxious for Backyard Discovery to include mosquito netting and curtains in their offerings.

Good price

The gazebo turned out pretty good. Not to bad to build. My only complaint would be the wood. I thought I was getting cedar. Turns out it is Chinese cedar. It's not really cedar, but part of the cypress family. It has the same general qualities of cedar, rot resistance, keeps insects away. The wood on my gazebo is stained from the factory. The wood splits really easy and exposes the white wood underneath. Some of the bolts and fasteners broke or stripped pretty easy, but they do have a few extras...

Backyard gazebo build.

You have to really pay attention to the detailed instructions. If you follow the directions you will not have any problems. The 2 different size washers for each bolt was painful at times but you have to follow the directions. I’m 65 years old and built this over 2 weekends at my own pace. I found the use of a ratchet strap helpful in keeping the roof panels square and did not screw the cross pieces for the roof panels until I had the framework square. I can’t say enough good things about this gazebo. First of all the instructions were provided in an app that was super interactive. You could pinch and zoom and rotate each detailed step. I absolutely loved the instructions. The materials were great quality, the holes all matched up, this thing was a dream to assemble. Great addition

We have had our pavilion(Norwood) up for a year now, and we love it. It does take time to put together and get it squared. Our father in law helped us with it, and we finished it in a couple of days.
