Great Looking Pergola

Great looking pergola, I am sure I will be happy with this for years to come.

Beautiful sturdy pergola

I’m so glad I found this pergola. It cost me a fraction of what I would won would’ve cost and it looks so much better. It’s also so much sturdier than ones I saw in the local stores. It looks wonderful on my new deck and I can’t wait to enjoy it all summer.

A fun experience, to say the least!!!

Just finished erecting a Hawthorne, 14 x 10 pergola. I have nothing but good comments about this backyard treasure. The instructions provided were excellent, and the BLT app was exceptionally put together and very thorough. The quality of this product is exceptional. I would love to assist someone else in putting up another one as I enjoyed myself immensely.

My husband and I put this up this week...took us about 8 hours total and we did have an extra person to help hold up the columns when we attached the rails. All of the pieces were labeled and in great condition. We attached it to our deck with lag bolts and bolted it into our deck supports. It is very sturdy and secure. Everyone who has seen it loves it!! It really makes our backyard!!

Extremely accurate and well presented printed instructions, and construction video!

The stainless steel studs that need to be inserted through the large holes, and then into the post should be accompanied by a 6 inch piece of flexible, tubing that snuggly fits over the stud for initial contact with the female threads, and then pulled off of the stud, to turn further in with a standard allen wrench provided. This would avoid any of the studs accidentally falling off inside of the main rail, which would necessitate taking the rail splice apart to retrieve the stud.

Amazing Pergola

Purchased the white 16x12 Hawthorne in March 2023 and could NOT be more satisfied!! The quality of this steel-framed Pergola is superior to others we considered - not to mention assembly was much easier than expected. Absolutely would highly recommend this product - no regrets!

Great Pergalo, expect to have for years

Purchased the white steel pergola. Assembled over a weekend. All parts fit together perfectly, great instructions. Really looks like and is very durable. Put it up last fall, have had numerous storms since then, still looking really nice. Very happy with this product. Nice to buy a product that really is all it says it is. Will enjoy for many years.

Sturdy, Sleek, and All Around 5 Stars

After restaining a fence, we knew we wanted something maintenance free. Enter the 12x10 Ashford steel Traditional pergola!! We bought two of them and put them right next to each other on our concrete patio, our guest, are blown away by the look, and we are blown away by the quality! As a tall guy 6'3" I thought there may not be enough space under the pergolas without feeling cramped, WRONG! There is loads of headroom, and the open perling makes it feel airy. In my opinion you need the sail cloth...

14x10 Ashford Steel Pergola

We purchased the Ashford last year in the spring. we paid a company to put it together for us. It took the guys about 4 hours. It is worth every dollar we paid for it. Love that it’s withstood major winds and didn’t budge (we had it attached to the deck) Major Snowstorms (no rust) The quality is fabulous.

Wow!

This pergola is sturdy and beautiful. My husband and a neighbor put it together in a day and it looks fantastic. The sunshade works wonderfully in this hot Alabama weather. I’m still waiting on him to instal the electrical panel, but I’m not surprised he always gets a job 99% done then gets bored and moves on! Insert eye roll here. Haha Don’t hesitate it’s worth the money!

We love it

We bought this pergola last year to protect our renovated backyard and new patio furniture from sun and tree debris. It is very solid, looks great and does the job. Construction is tedious with all of the bolts and washers but I was able to do almost all of it myself other than lifting up the vertical supports and getting it into the air. So far seems to be handling the weather very well. Amazing value vs a custom kit

We wanted a pergola for the patio we just built, we were back and forth between the wood or the steel. Finally decided in the steel, so glad we did! Maintenance fee, and easy to install. I love that it has a removable electric box with USB ports and regular plugs , I also love the screen for the top. You need at a minimum 2 people to set it up. It adds such a beautiful touch to our outside area. So happy we found it!

Pleasantly Surprised

Purchased this last summer. Came very well packaged. Took myself with help from my wife a total of 9 hours over the course of 3 evenings to install directions are clear. Just be careful finish does tend to scratch if you're not careful, but there is touch up paint available Their customer service was exception in that respect.
