New pergola

Love my new pergola. This is a quality product and the directions are easy enough to follow. It well built and not flimsy. I would recommend highly to anyone looking at one. The one draw back is the sun shade. It does not cover the entire top. It also has terrible tension tightening buckles. They need to come up with a better product for the shade.

Bought this after much back and forth about style and not knowing if I would really like it- LOVE IT!! Quality and style- wonderful! Would have bought a little bigger if it was offer in a larger size!

Beautiful deck addition!

We purchased this pergola to place on our deck for some filtered shade. Everything about this product went smoothly, including delivery and assembly. Definitely recommend having at least 4 people available during assembly - although much of the assembly can be done ahead of time with 1 or 2 people.

Absolutely perfect

Everything about the purchase of this pergola was excellent. It arrived exactly as we expected, very neatly labeled and packed well. Putting it together with the help of a couple of neighbors, took four hours or so. Not one screw or bolt or nut was missing. Highly recommend, this company and this product . We like the soft shade so much that we’ve ordered an extra to keep on hand

Great Pergola - Sunshade not so much

The pergola is beautiful and very sturdy. My bf and I set it up over the course of two days, and in total it took around 6 hours. My only complaint is the sunshade, the clips are not attached to the sunshade very well and it doesn't really fit my 10 x12 pergola. For such a nice structure I would expect a better quality sunshade.

Solid product! Once it is fully assembled, it is heavy. Really made our large patio usable as it gets sun all day. I went with steel so that I would not have to do staining every 2-3 years as it is exposed to wind and sun all day. Very satisfied with how the project turned out. Assembly was not difficult...just tedious as there are so many screws. I just used the printed manual. Size matters

The pergola looks very nice but it's smaller than what I expected to get. I was looking for one with an opening of 10ft x 12ft. I failed to see that the dimensions are measured to the outside of the support legs. So what I actually erected has an opening of approximately 9x11, which makes a sizable difference in coverage for the furnishings we have used for some time now. Outdoor Paradise

After careful consideration, we purchased the Ashford Traditional Steel Pergola with sun shade. The delivery was on time. My son and I put up the pergola in a weekend. All parts were accounted for, with easy instructions. All hardware fit perfectly. Excellent product and company

We bought this to replace an old canopy and to update the look of our patio. We could not be more happy with the purchase. The canopy arrived exactly in the timeframe we were quoted at time of purchase. It was drop shipped and the company even carried it into our garage (which they weren't supposed to). Beautiful and Easy to Erect

Me and a friend put my pergola up yesterday. Ages 52 and 65 in decent shape but by no means athletic. We were a little apprehensive in tackling this project on our own when looking at the gazililon pieces. The directions were extremely clear - highly unusual. We didn’t make a single mistake! Stratford Pergola good features

We’ve had the Stratford steel pergola for a month and like the look and features. The steel frame stands up well in high winds and the the electric hookup is perfect for connecting to string lights. The canopy shades well, but doesn’t stay tight in winds over 5 mph. There are only four corner straps to attach it and it would be much better if it had four more tie downs at the midpoint between each corner. Beautiful sturdy pergola

I’m so glad I found this pergola. It cost me a fraction of what I would won would’ve cost and it looks so much better. It’s also so much sturdier than ones I saw in the local stores. It looks wonderful on my new deck and I can’t wait to enjoy it all summer.

A fun experience, to say the least!!!

Just finished erecting a Hawthorne, 14 x 10 pergola. I have nothing but good comments about this backyard treasure. The instructions provided were excellent, and the BLT app was exceptionally put together and very thorough. The quality of this product is exceptional. I would love to assist someone else in putting up another one as I enjoyed myself immensely.

My husband and I put this up this week...took us about 8 hours total and we did have an extra person to help hold up the columns when we attached the rails. All of the pieces were labeled and in great condition. We attached it to our deck with lag bolts and bolted it into our deck supports. It is very sturdy and secure. Everyone who has seen it loves it!! It really makes our backyard!!
