Amazing Product but...

Some pieces required pre-drilling that wasnt mentioned so use your brain.

Sure made it a lot easier using a combination of the Bilt mobil app and included instructions.

Good little playset

I wish the quality of the wood was a little better, it seems overly dry and splits easily. but other than that it's well thought out the hardware is quality I really like it. took three of us about 5 hours to put together. two people working while one person got parts in boats and nuts together for the next step.

Recommended Installer Ruined the Product

I’m giving one star, not because the product is bad, but because the service that backyard discovery consistently recommends for installation is awful, and they not only installed it incorrectly, and unsafely for my children, but damaged it in the process. My husband is handy; he could have done a better job installing it himself, but we thought hiring someone would be better with 3 year old twins at home. does not hold up

all of the main weight bearing parts are cracked all the way through. the clubhouse portion is also leaning due to the cracking

Love it!

Our granddaughter loves her new swing set! The quality is really good and my husband assembled it within a few hours. The stain color is a really good neutral, as well.

Cheap and terrible architecture

This thing is so cheaply built I 100% regret buying it. So far I have had to drill my own pilot holes, make some holes they have pre drilled larger and now I had a board split on my in the middle of putting this thing together. I would not recommend buying this brand ever!

Organization is key to keeping it simple

It’s perfect for little kids and I can’t wait for my grandkids to see it next weekend. It only took me about 11 hours total to build it by myself.

The website made it look so sturdy and durable. Some of the boards split when putting it together. It's okay for kids 1-4, but I'm not as pleased with it as I thought I'd be. I'm just hoping it lasts for a few years.

Well-made, easy to assemble

Instructions were clear, all parts fit together well. Two of us completed the assembly in 8 hours, including a half-hour for lunch. IMPORTANT: Sort all wood and hardware by part number first! We added an infant's safety seat. The 9-month-old and 3-year-old love it!

Overall a good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even after predrilled hole, a couple pieces of wood split. Those pieces were shored up with a block of wood. Overall, im very happy with the product/price point and would recommend to others.

Outstanding swing set not to hard to put together

I have no complaints about this set . I have only had it setup up for about 3 months now we will see how it holds up in the Florida sun .I would say it should. Use the app to put it together it will take 2 people for sure. My kids love it .I will And have recommended this .

good for younger children

my wife and I built this for our 4 going on 5 year old grandson. All parts were in the kit and in good shape unlike other kits I have built. I found errors in both the on line video and the printed version. so use both, not just one. the video gives the order of assembly where the print version just let's you guess. order in many places is important. note that neither points out Orientation well, to it is easy to get it wrong. Be vigilant and make sure nothing arrives broken

We kept waiting for one box that had been returned twice due to being broken. We decided to return the play set due to concerns of safety

I thought the quality would be a little better for the price. Many pieces came cracked or cracked with very little pressure. Make sure to pre drill anywhere the holes aren’t already through. It is pretty simple to build. I did it by myself in a couple days. The problem was waiting for the wood replacements. I’m hoping this will last at least a few years. If I end up buying another one I will get a different brand.
