Great price for the product

We got this for our daughters 1 and 3rd birthday so they can play for the years to come. They’re in love with it. Sturdy enough for small kids to enjoy, way more sturdy than I expected with the price. The manual says it takes 2 people 10 hours, but I was able to do it by myself in about 8. Instruction confusion

DON'T go by the instruction Manuel you can download from the website!! It has wrong part #'s. Go by the instructions that come in the box. They should not be different, but they are. We had to call and get boards specially shipped because they weren't there. Come to find out, we had them but one set of instructions called them H9 and the others called them M18. 4 people got it done in 3 afternoons.

Cheap and flimsy

Save your money and shop elsewhere. We were worried about the quality of this as soon as started unboxing it. I know it is for children but was expecting something bulkier. It looked different in the pictures. About a month after it was assembled and staked down we had a thunderstorm roll in. The wind ripped off part of the roof and ruined the a frame and the bay window fell out. Those can be replaced and assembled fairly easy but at a cost. Not worth it

The swing set installation wasn't bad, we had it up in about 6 hours just 3 of us. Unfortunately it's only been up a month this week and the stain is peeling, and the wood has started to crack and split. There is no way it's making it through a New England winter if it can't make it through a month of the best weather we have. Very disappointed with this product. We wanted something our child would have fun playing on safely but now I'm worried every time they swing the whole thing will snap.

Great Product , bit hard to install

This has been a great addition to our backyard- My kids ,7&1 love it. The installation however was not so easy. My husband was doing it alone with me helping when I could - needs at least 2/3 people to install. The initial parts we installed in the garage and then moved it out back for the structure. Some parts were not labeled well and we had to redo the fort structure a couple of time (which was a pain) but even after multiple verifications on the parts assembly , our set got assembled in r...

Atlantis

We love our new swing set! My 2 year old was so happy when she first saw it completed! There were a few damaged boards, and after contacting BYD via email the new piece were delivered to our doorstep within 4 days!

Great Swingset

Great Swingset for the kids. I ordered this and it arrived at my house in two large (huge lol) boxes. I hired an installer to assemble it. It took two professionals over 6 hours to put it together, it probably would have taken me all summer to do it. It looks great and it’s nice and sturdy I can’t wait for the grandkids to come over and enjoy it. Looks like it will last for years and years. Meh...It'll work.

Beautiful looking. Two of the slats were broken when they arrived, so I had to buy them from another store. It wasn't a huge expense, but troublesome nonetheless. Boards that support the playset loft are already creaking, and I'm looking for a way to support them now. Overrall, probably a little expensive for the quality and trouble. Assembly was difficult. It took a construction crew of 4 people six hours to complete, so that was another expense.
